Took a shirt on Thursday and the receipt said it would be done by Saturday at 2:00 pm and it was even ready by 4:45 pm needed the shirt for Sunday now I won’t get it till Monday. To late going out of town.

Worst place to get your clothes cleaned, they try to cheat you and they don’t know how to take off stains using chemicals. All they do is scrub and ruin the cloths ??

I came last week to drop of a sweater, the lady in the front said come back Wednesday before 5pm.
I came to pick it up today , it's 4:10pm.
First let me tell you she doesn't even greet you and when I gave her the recipe she said let me see if it's ready ,because you are early. You had to pick it up at 5pm, she told me. Well all in all she mumbled something in spanish and it was ready. She said oh you are in luck, is ready! next time follow the time that we Give you.
I paid for her cash and I told her sorry to inconvenience your day and I hope you have a better day. Gracias señora que tenga un dia mejor. No regresare. This lady has no customers service what so ever.

Do not use this place there Alterations take long and pricey and then afterwards the customer service is not welcoming. Had them fix something and a few days later it Phil apart just ask them if they can refix it. Their answer was no because we don't know what you did. Go to another place

They don't do their job. Payed $25 for them to trim 3ins took a whole week for them to give me the dress and the adjustments weren't made. To top it off when I called about my dress the lady on the phone was extremely rude. Should've read the reviews before coming.No hacen el trabajo que copran. No los recomiendo. No me arreglaron me vestido y me compraron todavía.

My BF needed his suit dry cleaned for my sons wedding. He told me to take it to a cleaners in this shopping center by the Subway. He wasn't answering his phone to confirm so this is the cleaners I would use (haven't been here for over 10-13 yrs maybe). I Walked in, a lady saw me but didn't acknowledge me, I was like hello?? This guy comes up, his name was Fernando, asks me what I need? I have the suit in my hand, what else could I need but it dry cleaned??! It was Wednesday, the wedding was on Friday, so I asked if it could be ready by Thursday, he said yes by 5pm. He handed me a printed slip. My BF goes to pick it up a bit after 5pm and the lady tells him it won't be ready until Friday at 5pm, he's like no, I need it today, she's like it won't be ready til Friday, he asks can it be ready earlier, she repeated the previous. He comes home, I'm getting ready for the rehearsal dinner, try calling them, it rings once and goes straight to voicemail. Tried calling for an hour or so off and on and no luck. Tried again at 8am Friday (opens at 8) still no answer. My BF goes to pick it up even if it wasn't dry cleaned, no choice at this point. Fernando was there, he asks for his suit and guess what?? It was dry cleaned!! He asks him when was it ready??? The ticket said 6:30pm on Thursday! A call would've been nice! We stressed about it all evening!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Don't go to this cleaner, they don't work, they charge you and they don't even do the work that they do supposed too, they took one week to do it and when I pick it up my dress it's was the same thing, they put the pins on the dress, I didn't know until the next day that I need to wear my dress and I saw the pins on it, I was so mad and unfortunately I always have extra dress on my closet and that day I couldn't wear my dress , don't go there and if you do make sure they do the work.
