Would have been nice if the FedEx section had boxes instead of having to leave the line and re-enter the queue after grabbing it from an aisle. The associate was kind despite just dealing with a Karen.

Bad customer service. Guy clocks out end is on a personal call and asks me to wait. After he is done he explains he clocks out and rings the bell for someone else to help me out and takes off. He could have done that from the start without having me wait even longer. It took a while for someone to come and help.
