“What a treasure trove! Everything electronic. Parts, hardware, teflon wire by the pound, old equipment, surplus, you name it. You could spend all day exploring what they have. It’s a huge place! The guys there are very friendly and helpful.”

“The trio of big box stores here are the big draw. With a discount wholesaler, a home improvement store, and electronics store there's a lot to be found here. Several other food options are available here as well. It's quite a busy shopping zone.
The parking lot is basically divided into 3 sections. One for each big box store. The overall parking lot is huge. However, parking around each of these stores is usually quite congested. If you're visiting all three stores, you will probably be reparking several times.”
“I recently had an install done at Simon's Stereo of a bluetooth unit in my Acura for my iPhone. Simon was very helpful, gave me a couple of great options even considering the age of my car with excellent pricing and was able to turn the job around very fast. “The only thing that I don’t like about Costco in Van Nuys is the crowds shopping there, particularly from Friday thru Sunday. The produce, dairy & baked goods are all well managed. However, individual items tend to have their location changed at random times. I found talking to a Floor Manager in the front really helps. My roommate listed items that were not in stock or are found only during the Holiday Season.”

“Just bought a CS7000 M17 Plus with GPS and couldn't be happier. Came right out of the box and was on the air in less than 5 minutes through my M17 hotspot. I actually purchased the radio while on vacation and had them hold it for a day so my order would not be sitting on my doorstep. Jerry ships fast and I live in the same state! They timed it perfectly and the radio was on my doorstep as soon as I walked in the door. Awesome radio and awesome service!”
“Only 11 Sears stores remain and this is likely the one functioning most like a full department store.
Items are oddly spaced out to give perception of fullness, but it does have complete department store sections. There were things in the store I’d actually buy, which can’t be said for a few other remaining stores. Appliance section is the most complete and would go there if I needed anything. Interestingly has a decent sized toy section though it’s oddly placed.”

I confirm with them first that they are honoring the deal and they are. I went with the new mountain dew swirl flavor and it wasn't good. I would recommend getting the cherry instead. I had a good experience in the store and looked at their food options as well.”
