Be careful, today I paid with 2 20 bills for a purchase of 24 and they only returned 5. The cashier looked at the fact that I was dizzy and confused. She decided to rob me. I repeat how much the total is and she said 24. I looked at the 5 bill, confused. because I thought I was wrong I'm barely feeling well and I realize that he stole from me and didn't give me my receipt.

This particular CVS has the worst customer service. I have ever experienced. I walked in with a receipt I wanted to return and exchange some makeup that I purchased and the manager Elizabeth told me that I am returning too many items that had been used. Of course I had to use the makeup that I purchased on my face in order to see if it matched with my skin or if I had any allergic reaction. And indeed the makeup was not my color and lipstick. So when I try to exchange it or return it with a receipt the manager Elizabeth said it's too many items I'm returning that have been used. I have never heard of the manager refusing to do a return or an exchange with a valid receipt. I will not recommend the CVS to anyone. There's always a huge line of customers waiting as well as the worst customer service.

The worst customer service , I came to pick up a medicine and the stupid guy told me there is a cost and it’s fine for me so I told him I have a coupon he get mad and sent me to the other window where there is no one so I had to call the manager and she call someone and it takes about 30 minutes to pick my medicine the are rude

I initially had a prescription on the 11/10/23 and the guy behind the the pharmacy counter which I’am assuming he is the pharmacist since he has a headset and is the only one out of uniform his name is Andrew, he was totally rude, and poor tone of patient response, will most likely give you attitude in a indirect way, plus I had dropped off my prescription and his response was “we will have it ready for you tomorrow sorry”. Due to the fact that they were backed up which I totally I understand, my prescription was for a certain amount of tablets and I had to come back the following day me thinking they would of honored their accommodation and somehow they screwed up my medication and gave me 15 less and made me come twice and pay my remaining missing ones, mind you with a busy schedule it was inconvenient overall I didn’t mind the protocols just the fact how they addressed me and was being treated poorly not to mention the “medication goes through three sectors of verification” at least thats what the med-tech had mentioned how does this goes unseen ? if it gets inspected throughly?
