I've been a customer of Chase for over 20 years and your branch is very clean your security guard is very helpful and nice I think her name was Cynthia your tellers are nice and very helpful and patient thank you for serving the community and having well professional people working at your branch

I love this bank the staff are always friendly and they go out their way to assist. It’s a smaller branch compared to the others but they get the job done! Keep up the good work :)

I have been to this branch three times and none of the 3 times have I received service, only the cashier is there and she cannot help you because there is no other staff. They come back in half an hour and you come back in 2 hours and they tell you to come back in another half hour because coincidentally there is no staff.

This branch always has issues. Whether it’s the ATM breaking down or not having enough cash in the machine, it’s always something. Plus the staff is not that accommodating especially for their non-Spanish speaking clients. I’ll drive a little farther to another Chase location.I’ve been waiting for 1hr for someone to help me due to ATM malfunction.

the one employee that was in there obviously does not like her job what's the point of having a branch of when you go in for help they just tell you to do everything online so annoying obviously if i am going into the branch it's because i need assistance with something

Worst place to come if you’re in a hurry, this chase always has a broken atm then a long line forms for one... worst branch to come too even if both atms work
