I'm a investor so I went there the other day . The place smelled funny almost kinda fishy. The meat for the burger was really dark and didn't seem like beef at all , to be honest it was kinda gross, the frys had a nice crisp to them however it tasted like the fry grease was old , they need guidance from five guys or something

I’m a bit disappointed… I’ve been trying to stay strong with CaliXpress for a while now but so much has happened. They almost never have the item I order and try to switch it out at the last minute (with weed that’s been packaged MONTHS ago… Making the weed I receive so dry, flaky and crusty. I wait over 3hours at a time to receive my order just to not get what I ordered. Despite the people being super nice, there’s always a problem with my order. They give information way too late, ie. I chose to pay cashless and they told me that it was cash only after I had already waited over 2 hours for my order. Might not come back….

I’d give 0 stars if I could. 2 days in a row flaked on by drivers. Waited a total of 11 hours, nothing! First day 20 minutes before they were suposed to arrive I got a text that they were out of stock of everything I ordered. Was promised I’d have my order the next day, driver reached out 7 hours late and was out of half of the order again. Not sure how this place stays in business!

Do not purchase from this store via weedmaps at night past 9pm they will process your order but not complete it until next day and they will not answer the phone and leave you waiting all night. This is the second time they have done this to me there will not be a 3rd.

This place is pure garbage. I spent $100 and they gave me the wrong order, I called and texted several different numbers trying to let them know but the would not respond or pick up the phone. they ignored all my call and texts for 3 days refusing to do anything about it. Then finally after 3 day they gave me a free 8th that was trash. i have no idea how they stay in business all of the product is trash its what they throw away at the grows. Literally all the product is garbage from when its grown like they went in the trash to get it. Do not buy from cali xpress there are so many better dispensaries out here that deliver.

When you want to have a no nonsense customer service and probably the best prices in town even without the various discounts they offer. Cali Xpress delivery is the way to go! Why not have your Cannabis needs delivered?
