Both my brother and I had to fix our tax return due to missing or False information on the tax returns submitted by this woman. I know she had been dealing with some personal issues but after my mom found vacation photos she had posted I felt it was no excuse for her messing up our returns. I dealt with the situation for almost two years. I had to prove my income and provide information she had somehow lost. My brother is still dealing with the IRS because of what she did.

Esther is the BEST tax agent!! She is amazing! everyone in this office is super nice and professional. I've been coming here for more than 10 years. My son and my brother also come here and they have only had the best experience here.
