Very unsatisfied with their customer service. I reached out twice even Facebook and the store shows to have read message but never responded. I was sent the wrong item, and when I go look back at their site it was out of stock. I really wanted to return the wrong item as I have no need for it at all, but now I’m out money and a item I didn’t even order.

Really fun place to be. We found so many good crystals and the staff are really nice. It's a cozy little place with cute stuff. You also don't see things like that very often so its really fun!. You'll love the jewelery, candles and essential oil selection too, and it has a great vibe and location !

I overheard employees talking about how white men are being discriminated against and it churned my stomach. That is dangerous and hands down wrong. I can't shop at a store where the employees don't understand racism in America. I hope these employees get some critical race and gender training. I'm not about cancelling people so much as educating.

I love this store so much. Every time I go to Arcata, I have to visit it. There is a wide selection of truly unique, beautiful products and books that I never knew I needed. If you’re in the area and you love bohemian themed gifts, clothing, and jewelry - this store is a gem.

Okay lady, we came in with face shields but it wasn't enough for this lady behind the counter who continued to press me as to why I don't have a cloth face mask. I'll have you know I actually have a medical exemption and don't even have to wear one. I didn't spend a dime there noe will I ever return. I don't recommend this place. Cupcake place down the street was good, though.

Always friendly and helpful whenever I come in. They have a good selection of candles and are one of the only stores around here that carry the candles from Anthropologie. They also have a good earring selection.

Love this store! Perfect spot for home decor or gifts? Every so often they have a warehouse sale at an amazing barn above Six Rivers Brewery. Great chance to pick up a one of kind item from around the world.

Zen is an eclectic and great store in Arcata. I found everything from earrings to a baby blanket to unique measuring cups! I also took my time and picked out soaps, greetings cards, and assorted gifts ?. This gem of a store has something for everyone! So glad a friend told me about it ! Treat yourself when in Arcata to Zen. You’ll love it!
