Redwood Community Pharmacy has worked with us to deliver our medications and they are usually quite on top of things (more so than most pharmacies I've dealt with in the past). We are quite pleased with their services and professionalism. A couple of people really stand out as being very kind and going above and beyond for us. You can't go wrong with this pharmacy.

“This review is for the tire center. There was a tall gentleman wearing a beanie who was extremely nice and helpful! My car's tire pressure light came on and he redirected me to the complimentary air pumps. He even came out after addressing the other customers to check on me and teach me how to reset the light on my dash. Great service!”

“Wow, I made a phone call to Limas pharmacy pulling away from the St.Joe hospital. By the time I got to Limas pharmacy was .03 miles away, walked right in to the cutest, cleanest,great atmosphere,good mellow happy fresh energy about the place!!! “We recently moved to McKinleyville and transferred our prescriptions to the local pharmacy. My prescription was ready for pickup within the hour, which was great. However, there was an issue processing my insurance due to a problem with the coordination of benefits. Since I was in a hurry to pick up my wife, I decided to pay out of pocket and sort it out later.
Later that day, I returned to request an itemized receipt so I could file the claim myself. That’s when I met Reems, one of the pharmacy technicians. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely listened to my concerns. She went above and beyond by calling another pharmacy to figure out how to properly process the coordination of benefits. Her helpfulness and professionalism really stood out.
Thanks to Reems’ effort, everything was resolved smoothly—I got the refund for the amount I had paid, and I left with a smile on my face. It’s rare to experience such attentive customer service, and I truly appreciated it.”

“My 5 stars are exclusively for the staff who very obviously care about helping people navigate the completely broken and corrupted pharmaceutical system. They're polite and caring despite being completely overworked and likely underpaid for the value of the service they provide.Walgreens as a company, however, is a complete mess. This location needs to raise their wages so they can onboard and retain more staff. The amazing skeleton crew that they're working with deserves more support”

“The clerks who work at this particular CVS are so friendly and helpful. The pharmacy people there worked so hard to clear-up a order for medicine that had been sent to the wrong pharmacy. They put-up with my restless mischief that I did to entertain myself during the long hours I waited there in their lobby. Yes it was me who scribbled on the faces of that one magazine that was there about serial-killlers. Sorry I can't stand those diseases in our society and I was bored and feeling frustrated about the mix-up. Anyways.. and to the clerk that recommended that Soup place. Thankyou it was really really good.”

“Full service pharmacy. I just needed cold meds and was told where they were by front store staff. They don’t have a ton of stock (often the case in smaller pharmacies) but they had all the right stuff. Quick check out and back to a close parking spot quickly. I’d take this place over a big box pharmacy any day.”
