The sales associate invited me into conversation and proceeded to speak genuinely and passionately about her favorite raw foods. She was knowledgeable on canine nutrition and knew the specific details of different brands. She also told me about the loyalty programs available for all of the foods.
This store is well stocked with a wide variety of foods, (raw, freeze dried, kibble, canned) chews, collars and leashes, natural flea and tick treatments, enrichment toys, training treats and treat pouches, cat and small animal supplies and grooming products. It has everything you need to care for your four legged fur family!
I own a pet supply store in Oregon, so every time pop into a store on vacation and have a positive customer experience, I want to let the world know that it is a great place to support!

The staff and vets at this hospital have been very responsive and available to help resolve any health issue that comes up for our pack goats Bill and Bob. I recommend this large animal veterinary hospital.

900 Buttermilk Ln, ArcataI started retirement two and a half years ago I need a vacation so I explored Northern Humboldt what a mistake my dog sniffed something up his sinuses I looked all around for a vet to help the price is way over the scale unbelievable insurance that doesn't for x-rays they couldn't go use the scope to go into the nose to look so my dog got him fisted develop the tumor passed away the services of veterinarians in Northern Humboldt way overpriced highway robbery for travelers the veterans are not very good way too young they need experience had to put my 14 and 1/2 year old dog down I'm never going back to Northern Humboldt bad juju people but there was this one veterinarian Sunday night 7:00 p.m. she was awesome she was very nice to my puppy Jack thank you for helping me putting my dog down we're back in Monterey in the yachty world today I go do a burial on a bluff looking over the ocean in Santa Cruz California thank you.

It is a small space, so limited and close seating, reservations are a must, but easy to make online.
Prices are comparable to most nicer restaurants in Humboldt.
Everything was so good, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be going there again! Best sushi in Humboldt IMO!

1604 G St, ArcataYOL! First our server, Olivia, was a delight! My "cow latte" was perfectly delicious. We also tried the vegan coffee cake which hit all the right notes wouldn't have know it was vegan if not told. Partner had breakfast burrito and was exactly as described and yummy. I had sourheast Asian breakfast bowl, it was stellar! Perfect poached eggs running through rice cakes Cabbage Carrots pickled onions and lettuce. OMG....can't say enough about how good this was! A friend had the rancho florez...supper delicious! I am absolutely having it next time! Smoky cummin and the vegan crema was perfect! 100% recommend!

I decided to venture out on my own. found this spot (on yelp of course) the menu was overwhelming. honestly i should just get black coffee all the time. I like it and it's easy. plus i really wanted to just taste the local coffee. i went nutso and ordered a fancy drink which was quite delicious but left me wanting black coffee...next time. =) i also ordered avocado toast. they had pastries and other items but again i felt overwhelmed with all the new to me stuff that i picked something familiar. the avo toast was tasty! I waited for my drink then found a seat. a bit later my food was brought to my table. the place is super quiet. great place to get some work done. there were ample table seating ...a bit cramped but still comfortable. there was some couch seating and some outdoor seating. I would have picked couch but since i ordered food i picked a small table with 1 chair. i was against a window that was open so a slight breeze and some warm sun. clear your own dishes i'll be back =)

1264 Giuntoli Ln, ArcataDelicious food! Loved every dish. The trainwreck burrito was my favorite. It was huge and very filling, made it into two meals. There was an even bigger burrito which I'm sure would've been huge. The biscuits and gravy were the best I've ever had, very flavorful. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and light. The cornbeef hash was somewhat bland but paring it with one of their many hot sauces did the trick. The matcha drink was perfect. Lemonade was fresh.
The food was made very quickly too. Was was really nice. In the restaurant you pay and then sit. After you get the food the waiter doesnt come much but you can always get their attention. I would definitely come here again and recommend this place.

By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean then fish. And over 95% of the plastic we sent to recycling does not actually get recycled.
So it means a lot to me to be able to find and support local businesses who are doing their part to help customers produce less trash when they consume a delicious coffee.
I love that you offer real, reusable mugs to folks who are staying on the premises. And I love that most of your fridge is filled with glass or aluminum canned beverages. I also love that you provide real cups at the water refill station.
Perhaps I would suggest that you look into selling other water? Perhaps aluminum canned water instead of single used plastic bottled water? And I wonder if there are ways you could be more clearly asking customers if they are staying to enjoy their coffee. That would limit the amount of trash created on site, as seen in the cans.
Thank you for considering my feedback, and thank you for the truly delicious coffee. This place is a must visit for folks stopping through or those in town.

1061 I St, ArcataThe day I went was a weekday and the wait was quite long. The bagels were just okay, the coffee was also just okay. I think you could get the same quality with store bought bagels honestly. They didn't explain the menu the best and seemed more annoyed because we had questions, but we had never been before so we didn't know how everything worked when ordering. We also had a larger group which made it a little difficult. I would try again next time we visit, but our experience wasn't the best.

It's generally very difficult to find a jewel of authenticity in many restaurants since there is no money in maintaining the highest quality of food and traditions. Unless of course you're French Laundry status. Let me tell you about this new place I have tried multiple times due to my work. I am so lucky to have found this gem in the most unlikely place! It's the hidden Garden Court Cafeteria of MRCH. I don't really know how and why it is, but I know a great restaurant, when I try their most basic things or their daily specials in the menu. In this restaurant particularly I am completely mesmerized and satisfied with the quality, quantity, price, service and the taste, mostly the taste! All the things that matter for the solid five stars. This fabulous hospital cafeteria has the unique garden to table philosophy with two acres of their own natural organic farm with no spray, Humboldt grass fed beef, Muddy Waters Coffee Co., and Wild Planet Tuna! I had double cheeseburger with amazing patties, usual wheat buns, lettuce, tomato and plenty of pickles. The single bite took me back thirty years ago, when I took a bite into my very first and the best juicy burger at the hole in the wall burger shack at Walters, Oklahoma! What a truly amazing experience! Rarely the hamburger can dig deeply into your long term memory box and pry open to give you the glimpse of the old days! The breakfast with traditional biscuits and thick gravy was also delicious earlier this morning ! I love this place. Teresa is the head chef. There are two men who make the best biscuits and gravy as well as maintaining the best tasting fresh garden vegetables in the amazing salad bar! Guys and Gals: please don't all come at once, leave some for me! My Mukbang friends----Come on over.
