Hi. I want to start by saying excellent customer service every time I've been to this market and been a great experience with the exception of their ability to match tags with their actual Transaction price. This is not the first time I've bought something and it just doesn't match. something will be marked down and then their system will not match the ticketed value and this instance the tag said $3.69 and I was charged five dollars right not much of a loss and I don't think this is malicious. I just think it's mistake they need to correct. Last week it was lettuce it was marked down to 250 charge me six bucks. This can be avoided by catching it at the point of sale however, you know it's not always easy to remember that when you're having a Social interaction with you know social anxiety.

Small, pricey, unremarkable. Their hot food is ALWAYS dried-out. So, don't waste your money. And they charge $10 for a stupid sandwich.

Great customer service. Small store but a lot to choose from. Fresh meat deparment and a great Deli. Offering Local produce and other grocery items Muprhys is the best!

A little bit spendy but a wonderful market with lots of great selections, especially healthy selections. Tries really hard to serve the community.

Sometimes go here for veggies or something, but have gotten two bad dairy items that were both expired and really foul smelling. I have learned my lesson not to trust this store with perishables. I would not buy meat or something.

Good place to get a sandwich or deli item. And good for a grocery store, basic vegetable meat, and baking needs.

I am reluctant to write this review because I love Murphy's in Sunny Brae, where I've lived for 17 years with no complaints. On Sunday mornings, I look forward to travelling to the fairgrounds in Eureka to get Frankie's Bagels, then head back to Murphy's for lox right off an inviting big slab of smoked salmon. But not this Sunday.I went to the fish counter and saw just a wee bit of lox on the tray. I asked the clerk, "is that all you have?" The clerk says, "that's all that is not frozen." I thought, well, maybe you should have thought ahead and had unfrozen lox available on a Sunday morning. I took it anyway-- .14 lbs. Then I looked for the packaged line-caught lox to supplement the paltry amount of "fresh lox." No such luck. Murphy's had none. It only gets worse. I get home and prepare my family's "lox", bagels, and cream cheese sandwiches (I purchased Fish Bros smoked salmon to supplement the paltry amount of lox). But, Murphy's "fresh lox," the mere one-seventh of a pound at $34.00 a pound, was mainly hardened grizzle, just right for my dog but not suited for humans.

Very friendly staff and helpful.... Great place for better good organics and fresh produce sold here. Also every night before they close they give away some cooked food like chicken ect. I honestly feel blessed I live down the road of Murphy's
