I've dropped off stuff to donate here a handful of times as well as shopped here a bunch. Today I was dropping stuff off and my stomach dropped when I saw who was working. It was the same woman who was rude to me the last time I dropped stuff off. Again today she didn't say "hello", there was no "thank you", no help offered to find me a spot to put my down box. She just barked at me asking what I had and then starred at me.
I'll be putting stuff in my curb to give away for now until I find a different thrift store to donate to. It's a shame, I liked donating to this spot because it always looks to have the worst inventory in town and I wanted to help.

Awesome selection in quantity and quality, good prices and chill, cool service. I need a lot of fun things for art projects and didn't overspend on frames and comfortable clothing. Awesome video selection, and great kitchenwares for varied needs!

Love this thrift store. One of the few thrift stores in Arcata that isn’t overpriced. I’ve found some real treasures here. Good selection of CDs that thankfully aren’t just oldies and jazz like most thrift stores.

Love this place! Still wondering why the Arcata store doesn't have the same specials on Mondays & Fridays??? You can't beat the prices & staff has always been quite friendly & helpful.
