My brother and I have used Hide-Away Storage for almost 14 years. We have never had any problem or reason to complain. Patty Dennis has been a superb manager; efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend Hide-Away Storage; it is clean, dry, secure, and the staff is excellent.

Prepare to get crap if you lose your debit card and have it thrown in your face that you used to struggle financially (haven't we all?). Oh and to be accused of arguing when trying to explain why you are late. How late am I? I missed one month. Oh and watch out for her trying to sell you mlm products. They've have also been robbed. Stay away from here, they don't appreciate their costumers and are over priced

Used the storage facility for over 3 years while I was living across the country working to get time and money to rent a uhaul and was thrilled to find everything was just the way I left it when I finally picked it up. Safe and clean storage facility with excellent service. Patty at the front desk really goes out of her way to make sure the customers are satisfied and I would highly recommend using this facility if you are ever in of a storage unit.

I stored a piano and other things here for a couple of years. It was a pleasure to talk to Deanna each month when I'd call to make a payment. She was consistently kind, helpful and honest. Thank you, Deanna! I'm getting that piano tuned this week ;-)

Virginia has been very polite and helpful, and overall, the place has thus far been safe and reasonably priced. I have no issues. I only wish there are more places like it.
