Best C2H6O in the town or Arcata, specially over Safeway and CVS. They just close sometimes a but before 2pm and Arcata PD likes to show up prior to closing and extremely rare DUI check ✔️ point H Street Southbound hitting Samoa Bvld (that was before the Pandemic). I haven't seen one there recently.

Second EDIT: He's doesn't represent The City of Arcata! He's doesn't do guided tours, he doesn't spout local history while on a hoverboard. THIS IS WHY! You and other delusional traveling royalty are why. Your poor parents.
EDIT: If the shopkeeper comes off as cold or unfriendly, take a minute to appreciate his situation. He's simultaneously working the job of a bouncer, and a security guard, responsible 100% for till, merchandise, and safety at THE liquor store serving a chunk of territory.
Consider a day in his shoes. I'd read that autobiography. I've bartended half my life and you wouldn't believe the nightly slime. His endorphins are probably fukked worn out mentally and physically. How many hours does he stand on cement? I couldn't. Should be treated to a massage and a hotel weekend by the citizens of Arcata as a thanks. Imagine his disposition after knowing he's recognized & appreciated. In my head movies anyway...
REVIEW: It should essentially be a historical landmark by now. When has it not been there for us? It's like the Plug of Liquor Stores. And has a steaze. May your air-conditioning be forever on point, your selection surprisingly diverse & vast (including multiple brands of kombucha!) -and your hours generous.
Lastly, THE PAYPHONE BOOTH, " Kavinsky" -may be protected and respected. Night Call. Endangered species. ??
