2 propane tanks do not hold 10.4 gallons..... not even at max 5 gallons each....They are 20lb tanks, bbq grill size.....Kinda questionable...

Worst service ever cashier argued with me about filling propane told me tank was expired asked for manager told her tank was clearly good she said yes it was but refused service to me for being rude after I told her I was leaving the worst Google review ever what happened to people just doing the job and customer service

Quick n easy. And i am always thankful that they actually take care of their air/water station. Both options are always in working condition. I can't even think of another gas station where this is the case. Although it is kind of not in the most convenient spot.

Only one type of coffee was brewed, the hot chocolate machine hadn't been refilled with the concentrates and the coffee lids they had out didn't fit the cups. Two employees working. Bad experience

I'm sick of wasting money on spoiled VUSE cartridges at this location. These people are literally full of crap! They could care less about customers and just flat out lie. Another place to avoid like the plague.

Terrible service! "[The pumps are] all a little bit broken". Pump display charged me $10.62 and said I received gas. Drove away and my car display still said I could only travel 6 miles before out of gas. I never had that happen before, so I went inside to ask the cashier about pump 7 possibly not working. He said and I quote "they're all a little bit broken" !? Expensive gas and poor service :(

Arcata used to be full of really nice people but over the last year with what’s going on with the pandemic it seems like a lot of people have lost interest in being assertive and being 100% informative as customers come inOn top of that for some reason the tall guy long-haired guy always there now has been rude to alot customer besides myself and it’s really upsetting and disappointing to see such a good location and good business have such bad staff members working for them
