Great personalized service. Their carpeting is gorgeous and the have a great selection of wood, vinyl and Vinyl Plank flooring. Unfortunately they no longer carry tile at all. Thank you. We're very pleased

I am completely disappointed in this company now. I had prior experience with them purchasing an area rug and I was pleased with the service I received ~ but at around the same time my son ordered and I paid for carpet to be installed in my old house so he and his family could move in. He gave his notice at his rental and I moved out and everything was ready to go for the new installation and he was told 1 day before that they didn't have the carpet and that it hadn't even been manufactured yet!! Was there a reason they couldn't let us know before that??!! They offered a replacement that was no where near the quality that we ordered so he asked for a refund which they weren't happy to give. Have no idea what my son will do now~ with a new baby to think about too!! I DO NOT recommend this business, this was a terrible mistake they made !!!

We put in 1,500 square feet of laminate. It was a stressful project - choosing, moving stuff out of the rooms, and having installers in the house for a week. Arcata Pro Flooring was very helpful and professional throughout. We are very pleased with the result and recommend them highly. The installers were very cool and easy to have around too!

One of my favorite businesses from beginnings to endings. The entire team is professional and supportive in what can be a messy and stressful process. Last job was "small" but complex and included moving plumbing, appliances and a water heater. Nightmare to me, but it all worked out perfectly. And, love the marmoleum. Feeling spoiled.

The team at Arcata Pro Floor is amazing. My home posed a few unusual traits that might prove to be a barrier for any other flooring company--unusually-sized stairs, uneven transitions between rooms, and the world's most disgusting carpet for removal. Arcata Pro Floor finished my entire two-story home in record time, and with the utmost professionalism. I absolutely love my beautiful new floors!

We've had a great experience with Arcata Pro Floor. Carla listened to my needs and guided me to just the right products. The installation team were true professionals. They were a delight to have in my home and worked amazingly long days. I felt like they were caring for my home as if it was a place they cared for and loved as much as I do. Carla and Jeff were great to work with. The showroom is lovely with many options. Dwayne, the installer, was also wonderful to work with. We had an issue with another contractor accidentally scratching the brand new floors. Dwayne came out a quickly fixed the issue and a few other issues that remained after the install. We are very happy with our experience with Arcata Pro floor! Highly recommend.
