Truly a fear free experience. They made the normally scary experience smooth for my cat and I, and they seemed genuinely knowledgeable about how to help a scared and evil cat in pain. I love them and would highly recommend

Had to go for a emergency visit at 2:30 in the morning, everyone was kind and comforting,we left with a smile and a healthy pup.
