'Relationship Banker' Chantel Garcia put the relationship into banking with her and Wells Fargo. She is very professional yet personable. She is out going and knowledgeable. And knowledgeable is an understatement. She treats all accounts as if it was family she was interacting with. She is smart enough to know that if you're not happy with how your money is being handled that you will take your business somewhere else. And Chantel doesn't use over the top lingo where one can get confused or lost in the conversations.

The manager of this bank needs customer service training. He told an elderly customer to go outside and make a withdrawal instead of waiting in line (in 100 degrees, mind you) since his employee had to go to lunch. What kind of customer service is that? She was livid. If I absolutely didn't have to physically go inside another bank, I wouldn't. Just venting....:-/

Great parking! I went on a Wednesday and it's mostly businesses so it was really fast going in and out. Also on of the tellers here is Thai and my family and I are Thai so this works well when bringing my parents!

A lot of parking space. Always a wait inside even there were only 3 customers. Many banker desks but no bankers working. Big space but limited staff.

Banking while black. I was profiled here once. Unfortunately it happened when I was much younger and didn't realize I could have sued the bank and manager for discrimination. I went in to cash a check/open account from my student loan company. The csr was Hispanic and great he was new and trying to help... the manager, a white woman, not so much. She more or less accused me of having a fake check (it was quite literally from a huge student loan company) told me to sit while they figured it out and wouldn't give it back when I grew wise to what she was doing.I had to get loud and demanded my check back, pretty sure I cursed her out as well, went down the street and opened an account at another bank and deposited the check.This happened over 15 years ago and I still remember it like it was yesterday.Racism is horrid. Do better Wells Fargo. Wish I'd have known I could've sued.

It took a little longer than anticipated for a transaction that used to be done in about six or seven minutes at my old brunch but had nothing to do with the lady that was helping us but the system. In order for Alexis to issue a cashier's check she had to call a manager to authorize the amount and then again yet another manager or the IRS guy that controls where the money is going to. Including the waiting in line to get to a cashier I think we were there about 45 minutes. I must say again that Alexis does a very fine job but the Bank has some archaic retro procedures where everyone checks and double check everyone else. No privacy booths or cubicles, everyone in the lobby knew what we were there for because with the billet proof glass you have to shout your lungs. No brunch in Arcadia and had to go to the next town Monrovia

Terrible customer service. Don't put your money in Wells Fargo they can't help you do a simple thing like a wire transfer. They make you wait over an hour. This is something that needs to be done at their office because of the amount for escrow. I would not recommend Wells Fargo bank at any location very poor customer service.

Well, 8 people in line behind me. 1 teller!Wed. Dec. 29, 2021. Not sure why only 1 teller at 1:30.Friday Dec. 3rd. Waiting 10 minutes in line. Only 2 tellers! 4 people behind me. Need more tellers please.

Need more bank Tellers here definitely. Five people in line and waiting 30 min. My time is important as much as my money, time is money!!!!!!
