I've had all my COVID-19 shots here and have made this my main shot clinic. It's just a few miles away from me and has one of the most friendly staff of the various locations I've been to. The new COVID-variant shot and flu shot did not hurt a bit, but the shingles shot, which is a two-part series hurt like the dickens! I'm really not looking forward to my next visit in a few months, but am happy I filled up my COVID shot passport! Stay safe out there during Flu season...

Reliable and friendly neighborhood pharmacy. I love the fact the Vons app allows you to make vaccinations appointments and it's always easy to get those appointments. I got all my latest vacs here. I highly recommend itz

terrible. i have used many different pharmacies in my life in different areas and I have never had problems like I do with this pharmacy every single time I go there. I have gone without my medication now for nearly 2 weeks because every time I try to pick it up there is a new reason today I went 15 minutes past when the pharmacy opens and I pressed the call service button and a lady answered and said pharmacy is closed and hung up on me. I called back a second time and the same thing happened. So now I have to leave for another day without my medication's. Other times I have gone and the drive-through pharmacy is supposed to be open and they tell me they can't help me in the drive-through. I'd tell them that I cannot come inside for legitimate reasons. There are times I have gone and my prescription was sent in 3 to 4 days prior and they said that they have not begun working on it yet and it will be an hour wait. why does it take four days to begin working on a prescription?

I just went in to the Vons store for a simple cake and milk I saw the bakery is closed but I have a friend who works there and she let me know that anyone of the workers could assist me with getting a cake I went from one associate to another no one seemed able or willing to help me until I approached 3 employees talking two female and and one male the two women didn’t seem to want to help me disregard me and the male then noticed and said he could help his name was Omar I believe I appreciate his assistance. But I come from a background or hospitality and have been a store associate as well it shouldn’t take for me to ask 5 employees to get a cake

Very rude. Refuse to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy when they do not have the medication in stock.

Every time I've picked up medication from this pharmacy everybody has been so nice. The service is fast and accurate. I've also received a flu shot from this pharmacy and the person who gave the shot was professional and fast. Definitely recommended.

These women have nasty attitudes, if I could leave no stars I would. I asked a simple question about checking in and received the most disgusting tone of voice as well a gross comment afterwards. Go somewhere else to get your vaccine.

Personalized friendly service. No long lines like the big chains. Helpful for those unusual requests. Out of stock or uncommon items usually available the next day.

Picked up a prescription here recently and it was super efficient and easy! The pharm tech was helpful and quick. I only had to wait about 5 minutes before my prescription was filled. The pharmacist that gave me my meds was so patient and helpful. He carefully explained all the directions and answered my questions. Parking is ample, service here is great, people are friendly.

The cashiers here and the supervisor of the self checkout lanes are honestly so rude - and especially and only to people of color. Moreover, they always seem impatient with customers and when people need assistance at self checkouts, we have to patiently wait for the employees to finish their conversations. I once saw a lady try to interrupt them and get help at the self checkout station and the blonde worker literally raged at her during work. Unacceptable service, these people at the checkout lines need training. Super unprofessional checkout line workers. Really sad since the people who stock up the store are really helpful and nice.

I went to Vons Arcadia on Naomi. Cherries were advertised for $1.88 a pound with a 6 pound maximum. You had to register your cell phone with Vons thru just4u. So I did. When I arrived I asked an employee how to use the app. He told me I was registered the online coupon active and all I had to do was punch in my phone number associated with the app and I would receive the discount. I shopped buying 3 bags of cherries. An employee said they were 2. Pound bags and I did not find a scale so I took him for his word. They do not sell loose cherries. I paid my bill walked to the exit and saw they are charging me $3.99 a pound. I turn around and ask the cashier about this and he says see customer service. So I go wait in line and speak to a lady with a tattoo on her neck. She looks and said that I did not have the coupon and my phone was not registered. I show her my phone with the nonsense just4u coupon. She then said I bought more than 6 pounds and it bumped the price up automatically to $3.99 a pound. She showed me the weight I was billed for each bag of cherries. I then pointed out the cherries are sold in 2 pound bags and there is no scale to weigh them on. I then asked if customers are supposed to remove cherries from bags and put them in other she bags and she said no. The lady said she would have to see her manager to figure this out. She left returned then returned after a few minutes and said she would give me a refund and re bill me the correct price for the cherries. I received my refund and after waiting 10 minutes to pay for my cherries I told the lady I was done and left. Vons. You should do something about this. I won't be going back and will be letting others know about this scam. Are you going to change? This whole just4u cell phone app thing is a scam. Anytime you try to use it it does not work. If vons wants customers they need to treat their customers right. If I was a guy without a smart phone and holding out your ad paying cash I would be screwed. I would not be able to get this deal with cash. You are screwing old people on fixed incomes. This is borderline bait and switch. How about a response? Dawn M responded by directing me to a virtual assistant. That's a bigger waste of time than waiting for help from the manager of Vons.

Vons is one of my favorite supermarkets! This vons has a food court inside of it alongside a pharmacy so it's pretty stacked if I say so myself. Vons is really clean compared to many of the other stores in the area. I only wish that there were a few more workers walking around to help me find things.
