“Staff there are always so helpful and easy to talk too. No one talks down to you or judges you. No one acts as if they are MR SUPER MECH MOD or MS. SUB OHM WOMAN. I hate going into vape shops and everything goes silent, you could actually hear the cracks of their necks to look at "Who dares enter into their sanctuary de Vapor!?" When I walk into this store they ask me straight out if I need help. The best part is when you say "I am just looking" or "I need a minute to figure out what I am looking for." They don't jump on you and demand you tell them what you need, or hover right over you smiling and nodding like some insane starved vape fiend waiting for you to throw some scraps. They are the best at finding or trying to find the Vape you need or if you give them some hints about the item you forgot the name of. They are like Vape magicians! They will order whatever you want and poof it's there.”

They have a throw aways and reuseables as well as repairs. During the holidays they had secret Santa bags which had an array of goodies inside of them for just $20. There are a lot of tweakers and transients in the immediate area but the guys do a good job keeping loiterers out and they don't put up with BS. I could care less about the value of the merch at this point. “My brother took me here & I am happy he did. It's not too far from where I live. The store is clean and the operating hours are convenient for anyone. They have an abundance of smoking utensils to choose from at competitive prices. If they don't have what you are looking for they will make every effort to get it or offer some comparable to what you want. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I especially like Arthur. I bought a nice bong for a really good price. I bought it in 2022 and have been using it ever since, with no issues.”

“They make you feel like you’ve known each other a long time - they are so welcoming and make you feel at ease. One time my card was rejected for payment. Several times I tried before finally giving up. You know I was feeling embarrassed and I didn’t want to hold up any other customers. But he said don’t worry. It’s ok. Try one more time. So I looked around , sighed, and swiped my card one more time. And it went through! I know it’s in his best interest to help me make a payment, but he was patient and understanding in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid or embarrassed. Idk why but that experience really struck me because there are so many people who are insensitive to the experience of others who just don’t care about how another person might be feeling.”
