My previous review just got answered. But no solution was offered, becuse EVERYTHING they sell is trash with no value. their reponde, just an exchage. What????? I don't want to exchage trash for more trash.
Every single pawn shop will buy diamond earing. If they are good. But no one will buy crap. I suggest EVERY CUSTOMER to go en check the value of anything you bought here and will see that you got robbed. Valliant Jewelry if you are an honest store just me give my money back and no another bullshit and polite response. I want my money back. And no stupid exchanges.
One more thing. This is the ONLY jewelry store in the mall that have a security guard l, mmmm why???? Here is the answer. Because everything they sale is trash with no value they are scammers and for sure they have a lot of people complaining at the store that they need a security guard to save their ass. Be careful people the majority of there reviews are fake.

Pretty patient guy. Ask for Jesse at the shop he will surely take care of you. Bought 2 rings with him. He put up with me through the very end making sure I was happy and got what I wanted as well

Literally the RUDEST customer service if I could give 0 stars I would. I told the lady I just wanted an idea for the carat size and she said no bc I wasn’t going to buy from them. All I wanted was an idea bc I have small fingers. SO RUDE

My husband bought to my daughter and I, a pair of earings "dimond earings" from this place, he paid more than $2200 for them. And it turns out that when we took the earings to a pawn shop to sell them. (because this place doesn't accept returns, only exchages). The pawn shop offers $0. They said the earings are VERY VERY VERY low quality and they have $0 value. Be aware with this place. Don't buy anything here unless you want to be robbed.

This place was great! Me and my fiancee came here to look at engagement rings, and there was a wide selection for her to loom at. And Lilly helped us out a lot, she was so nice and patient, and gave good recommendations on the type of diamonds to select.
