Today I got service from Nam, he was just awesome. He helped me alot! Always I'm getting great service from here.

Here Ms.Tawarn gave me phenomenal service. This morning I sent a courier to India on a regular post but after I left from here, I changed my plan and I came back after an hour, then I requested for a change in sending that courier from regular to priority. With a smiling face Ms.Tawarn made a lot of effort to make the change, She found my courier which was already scheduled for sending and she made all the procedures to send that as a priority mail. I always get good service from this Post Office. But Ms. Tawan is a Gem of a person. Such employees are always a great asset to the company as well as to the society.

Turned me and my pre-paid label back because it was not printed. Claimed they did not have a printer and recommended that I go to UPS to print it and come back instead.
So just go to UPS instead.

The most recent USPS carrier regardless of the written/agreed request indicating All my mail will be picked up at the Arcadia main post office, continues to stuff my mail into my “broken lock” mail box at my residence. I have provided a Mail HOLD until 3/22/24. I have no option but to re-address this on-going USPS mail matter to the same lady US Postal Inspector General again. I believe that as a woman of color & disabled former security cleared employee of DOE & DOD, I am discriminated w/o a shadow of a doubt.

This post office is usually good as the workers are usually helpful, however when I needed to mail a certified mailpiece to Houston, the rude postal worker overcharged me despite the fact that I placed the proper amount of postage on!Plus, whoever has been delivering me mail lately been delivering some of my mail to the wrong address, despite the fact that some of the mail was sent with certified mail!

They gave me problems because the PO Box I pickup mail from needs an EPS connected to it. We've been trying to set one up but the USPS's system to do that is broken and doesn't work very well.
