This bank totally cheat on their customer, do not trust them and any their promotions because they will try their best to trick you not given you the credit ! Never come back , the staff work there do not know anything they only know search online , take you whole day and wasting your time

I came to this bank to ask in come wire transfer. She only write down the swift code for me , and tell me to write down the address on her business card for bank address. Could people work at bank be little more professional and have little better common sense??? So waste time .

Disappointed ever since the re-vitalization or construction of the branch it has become less and less customer oriented I've gone in during construction and they're only two teller windows/service, nothing against the Asian population but it has become an Asian bank,today (12/31/21) only 2 services person (that secondly does not meet up to a representative;sweatpants and sweatshirt?, unbelievable so disappointed I walk into US Bank this morning Thursday, March 16 and I was beautifully surprised, I met with Rashida, lovely woman that took my deposit. I think us bank going in the right direction. Keep it up or US Bank.. now just make up your mind move those silly plastic glass. in US Bank Arcadia it's lackingslaking and disappointing

Horrible customer service. An error was done on their end which resulted in my account being overdrawn. Instead of realizing their mistake and helping me work it out, they tried to blame it on me. No decent human being would treat me the way I was treated here. Avoid at all costs.

I do not recommend U.S. Bank. They honestly do not care about their customers and the COVID situation. CHASE and BofA are the Banks that do.

My mother had an awful customer experience with Branch Manager of US Bank South Pasadena refusing to accept her Illinois ID with no exp date. The day after my mom went to US Bank in Arcadia to cash her Social Security Check. Eric Chu NMLS# 1728772 helped her with banking services and even educated us on Illinois ID laws that IL residents 65 yrs & over will not have an expiration date. He gave my mom his business card in case she runs into any future issues at US Banks, and he advised her to have them call him. Thank you, Eric for your patience with my mom! She's elder and her English is not so easy to understand, but you treated her like you would any other human being, with respect and kindness.

This branch has a new remodel and its new layout looks welcoming. I love its staff as they greeted me once i stepped in immediately. The new young girl at the teller window has a very nice smile. I was able in and out and get my business done in few minutes. This branch is a good represebtation for US bank as a whole. Kudos to the manager who has created a nice branch culture.
