I have been going to this UPS Store for over 20 years. The service I received by Lupe and Bobby has always been extremely accommodating since the start. I have seen them work under pressure where there have been several demanding customers at one time, and they were able to efficiently help each one in their turn. Recently they have new employees who also are very helpful.

Lupe has been very helpful and most kind employee and goes out of his way to help or find a solution highly recommend working with him ignore the haters there just spoiled

The manager who identified himself as Lupe is extremely rude. He made a simple Amazon return way more difficult than it needed to be. Please fire him asap. This is not my first issue with him and I doubt it will be my last

If I could give this place no stars I would. I came here to return a package for Amazon and it was one of the worst experience I've had at a UPS Store. This man was rude all around. Coming in he was rude to the lady before us. Once it was our turn, he was rude as well. I've read other reviews for this store and this is not the first time he is rude. I'm not sure if he is the owner but that doesn't give him an excuse to be rude. This will be the last time I come to this store and hopefully this review helps others so that they don't have a bad experience as well.

they lost my package and never offered an apology or attempted to fix the issue. Chinese employee (owner?) very rude. Do not come here unless you want to lose your packages.
