The guy here didn’t want to seal my package. He said “it always keeps like open way. No problem everyone like that. “ Even I wanted to do myself tape the top. He said the tape not belong to me. I can’t use it to tape seal my small bag package top as he didn’t want to seal for me. It’s weird. He is not nice. I am angry. Another guy saw we argue, then He left and went inside the room. As all he did today is not good and strange. I don’t feel safe. Then I asked him to get my package back for another ups, he refused. : (
Be careful! Never come this store. Maybe you would loss your stuff or package : (
I just read another customer review for this store. “Amazon said they never received any returns” So it’s my worries just now all the action the guy did to me. ***
We like UPS. It’s good company. We use often and Hope it will grow more stronger. But look how the guy in this store did for customers…. He is not being trusted, and he didn’t do his job. he should be fired. Big shame for UPS! I hope Amazon would receive our return parcel instead of missing later!!!

Staff is rude and does not know how to do their job. Really pathetic store lol. Don't come here. UPDATE: Amazon said they now never recieved my return. I even paid for a package at this UPS store to get it shipped back. I emailed this store like they said in their response and never heard anything. Now I am out 50 bucks. Avoid these idiots at all costs.

Came in to ship some boxes to myself, and the two gentlemen behind the counter were very helpful. They consolidated my multiple packages into one big box for me. Keep up the good work!

Came in to get a document notarized and then sent off with overnight delivery. Both employees in the store, though very busy, were pleasant and helpful. No complaints!

beware they tried to get extra from your pocketon 2/21/2024, around 10:15am. I tried to return my order to amazon through UPS delivery. An old woman denied my package due to it is amazon box and suggested me to purchase their simple plastic bag (no bubble inside) for around $1.xx. I rejected and said my package box exactly the same as their ups package box with the size of 6x6x6. she changed the conversation content and said that ups box they offer is more safe for my item and its different than mine package box. and changed the attitude from denied my package to 'just up to me' if i insisted to shipped with my package but threat no guarantee the item inside will be safe.i just curious -1. How come she suggested a $1.xx no bubble plastic bag if she concern on safe and reliability aspect?2. why she changed from denied my package to 'just up to me' and threat for no guarantee the item inside will be safe?its totally break the trust with their service and i left from the store with my package as the result

Avoid this store. The driver there stoles. Valuable package went lost after dropped off. Manager said it’s not their business that my package went lost at their store. Wow

I don't know WHY this place has a 3.2 stars. I arrived with 6 boxes on a thursday afternoon around 2:30pm. When I entered, there was no customers and 3 staff working. The young asian girl started helping me out. Yes first she didn't smile, but as I started working with her, she started to brighten up. I had 6 different transactions that needed to be made, and she was very patient and helpful. As she was working with me, another staffed entered the room, and he too was bright and cheery! There was no rush, everyone was pleasant. I'd come back again. I've been to many other UPS stores where the store is really stuffy feeling (no air on), very rude and impatient at times even if there are NO customers! But here, I got 3 smiles!Wish customers wouldn't complain about things that are out of their hands. Yes, they work as UPS, but sometimes the weather, driver, etc. cannot be helped by them.

Super convenient in every part of the city. Mostly fast with great customer service. Best location was always at San Marino UPS store on Huntington Dr and San Marino Ave.

Avoid this place for high value package shipping. Dropped off my package here and it went lost. No movement after drop off scan. I called UPS and representative told me go check with the store since no movement after dropped off but manager there seems not willing to help at all. Basically tell you yes the package went lost but we are not gonna do anything about it, not even an investigation and tried shirk responsibility. Never had disappointing like this when I used UPS.

Let me preface this by stating that most bad reviews on here complain about the speed of shipping, where I think the fault lies with UPS' logistics itself rather than the branch stores. Still, they could play a part in those poor shipping processes, but those complaints are mostly unfounded. I have also been to this UPS store to conduct business about 5-6 times. Now, with that out of the way: The customer service is not abhorrent, but the experience I've had is unacceptable. If you're there just to drop off a package or two for your Amazon return, then by all means, go to this store. But if you ship things frequently-and especially in medium to large quantities, you will find the employees here to be passive-aggressive, rude, and argumentative. The first time was to ship about 5-6 packages and upon asking for the weight, employee made a sour face. The second time, the employees (think one of them was also the manager, or at least a higher-up) got argumentative and even said in the future that they will refuse to provide weighing services in the future. By the way, not all employees at the store are like this. A month ago before this review I went and dropped off some Amazon returns and pursued some inquiries, in which the employees there were extremely friendly and helpful. TL;DR is that if this is the only store that's near you and you just need to drop off some light packages for shipping / returns, then this store is fine. If you want to consistently ship things and/or weigh packages because of insurance claims, the employees will first give you an attitude, then do it for you as long as it does not inconvenience them or require them to do their actual job as a parcel service and shipping company.

This location is by far the WORST ups store I have ever visited. The employees were rude, unhelpful, and refused to provide the service my friend and I requested.Not only was I refused service (because I requested my packages to be properly weighed), but they made a condescending "tsk" noise in response to my request as it was quote, unquote, "inconvenient" for them.It is NOT that difficult to weigh 6 small packages and get the proper weight. There is absolutely no point in getting a drop-off package receipt if the weight displays as 0 lb 0.0 oz.Did I mention that we were instructed to step aside for customers behind us despite waiting in line like everyone else? Apparently weighing 6 small packages is too demanding and the staff wanted to prioritize the customers who came after us ... LOLThis was a frustrating experience that left my friend and I feeling undervalued as customers. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone who needs timely and respectful service.
