I wish I hadn't shipped my package at this location. It's been sitting there at this location since 9/3/24 (drop off date). Supposedly, the delivery date is tomorrow, 9/7/24. I hope my package gets delivered on time...

They don’t care about their service quality.
There was a long line and only one employee was working and I could hear drama playing very LOUD in the back.
The impression I get is the employees there work like they don’t care and they make themselves feel in their living room.
You can have a break but please have a sense of surroundings.
No one there cared for the delay or wait, not even a little gesture like we will take care of you.
I went to Temple city USPS and the employees were working like they were supposed to. No wait, plenty of employees were working hard. It took me only some minutes to get my mail sent.

The lady there was nasty. I went to ask them a question on my packages because I shipped a decent amount with them and 2 were missing. All I wanted to ask was “If the lady were to forget to scan would it scan later?” just for a peace of mind. But when I asked that the lady next to the one who did my packages immediately became very aggressive and was blaming everything on me saying I must have misplaced it. I don’t care if the lady I worked with forgot to scan 2 items we all are human I just wanted to know if it would get scanned later.
Even the person who scanned my packages earlier was like “If I forgot to scan it it should show up later” Which was all I wanted to hear but the lady near her who was blaming me (short hair asian lady) was like “ No no impossible she would have never mis scanned it”. Okay.. so I left being worried because I was getting mixed answers. But then later 2 not scanned packages get updates 7 hours later so it was mis scanned. Which is fine but there’s no reason to blame it on me? Lmao, I wasn’t trying to blame the hell

“Hong A Tran” is very selective on talking, she was chitchating and warm with certain customers but only responds to my “how are you” and “thank you” with silence and eyes rolling, very unfriendly and gross, how did she get hire? What a shame!

Why this abrupt attitude, I can’t seem to wrap my head around it, is management okay with her bad manners, or are they on her side, no wonder no body wants to use usps anymore, poor job poor staff, great job usps in losing our business

The women treated customer so badly rude. The way she was looking at you. No patient No smile All shows she doesn’t like her job here. She didn’t like welcome customers. From The beginning she didn’t want to offer helping customers. She need to quit this job or get fired. Like other viewers said don’t come here if you have any options. It didn’t Make your day!

Hi Chong! You were so rude and unhelpful today at the postoffice. I hope you decide to quit your job and look for something else that you have a passion for because guest interaction and helping others with packages is not enough for you. To the hiring manager: please retrain this woman on the knowledge of packages and customer service. Very rude woman.

Don’t go there if you have options. They don’t come from a place to help out customers but only think about what’s easier for them and not giving the right resolutions to the problem because they couldn’t careless.Why are you so mad?Seeing your judgmental attitude towards people from different backgrounds over the years, your wrinkles engraved deeper and screaming at you on your face, not us.This job is hard.This job is no fan.This job brought you pain.This job you couldn’t care less.I feel I can write a song with this lyrics. This pity Korean female staff with glasses named Chong at the counter gives lousy attitude and yet she still collecting her pay check from our tax money after all these years with her pathetic behavior, how does USPS not addressing this issue??? Guess she’s sticking around for her retirement, of course, tax payers will be writing her checks in that matter??????

Not only the people who frequent this location take too long but some of the employees here are unfriendly. I was overcharged 0.69 today for mailing 4 - 5 pages which is the standard amount of pages. the Asian man who worked here intentionally caused me to pay 0.69 extra for postage.
