It happened for a month, so far no one to reply to me! I go to this salon to have my hair bleached and colored. Before I dyed my hair, I showed the stylist a picture of the color I wanted and he said it was no problem. But he was bad at it, and I had a lot of hair break on top of my head, bangs all gone, scalp damage. I have bangs, but they're all break now. It simply looks horrible. My hair is ruined and it's seriously affecting my life. The first time he dyed the color, He can't dye the color I want, and the color is very uneven .Then he casually dyed a purple. When I was dyeing my hair, I felt a lot of pain on my scalp. I told my stylist about it, but he said it was normal. Then after washing my hair, I found that I had lost a lot of hair and my hair was ruined. I sat there all day and my hair was break, my scalp was badly damaged and I couldn't get the color I wanted. I was so sad. I tried to contact the salon，but nobody got back to me.Very irresponsible. I really regret coming to this salon！

This comments is solely comment on the Asian hair stylist work on the front.We walked in and request for boy haircut. $15.As we sit down, one of her customer came in and waiting for her 2:30 pm appointment. That leaves us 8-11 mins in between. Which is ok since it's a simple hair cut.The reason I leave a 1 star review is because.1. She rushed the cut and on the side, there are many spot need to be trim and she neglected so she can meet her next appointment.2. When I request her to trim for the obvious extra hair on the side, she just ignored and insist the style. I am not stylist, but I can see the difference. Please be more professional.3. I paid the full $15 hair cut and leave no tip. Because I need to take my nephew to another place to get it trimmed. Terrible haircut.4 please see attached picture and see the trim.You be the judge.5 if you are in a rush, come for a cheap and unprofessional haircut. If you have time, please find somewhere else.Service: Haircut

DO NOT COME HERE. I spent over $230 just to get my hair completely botched and weed-dry, then re-dyed to the color that I originally had!! Completely agree with all the other one star reviews on this page, I HIGHLY do not recommend you come here to get your hair dyed. Norman will deny doing something wrong until the very end and lie to your face that it's just the lighting even when you're pointing out clear flaws in your hair. I have dyed my hair enough times in my lifetime to know what's wrong. I asked to get my hair dyed a dark brown with subtle highlights(my hair at this point is a natural black, which I took months to grow back) and showed several reference photos to make sure Norman knew what I wanted. He very confidently said he could do it and proceeded to show me the color palettes which I agreed upon, but after bleaching my highlights he handed over the task of dying my hair dark brown to his older assistant and did not check up on what she was doing whatsoever for the next several hours. The assistant tried her best but was clearly struggling to apply all the product in time - she took nearly an hour to finish the application process wherein which my hair was already changing colors at different times of application. I was MORTIFIED to find FOUR different colors in my hair - orange at the roots, silver and blond highlights, and VERY dark at the ends. This was completely unacceptable and Norman acted like it was just my own preference for a darker color that was the issue when I clearly showed reference photos. He said that the assistant must "have been too detail oriented" when I pointed out that she took too long with application. I had to go back in the next day for Norman to fix my hair and I showed him a reference AGAIN to let him know I wanted dark brown with subtle highlights. He confidently said he knew how to fix it again and ended up dying my hair back to almost black BUT the roots are now unevenly red under the light(which he once again blamed on the lighting). He did not charge me for my haircut because I was clearly upset but still charged me for the s*** hair dye job. All in all, I now have a hole in my wallet and a burnt scalp for no benefit of my own.

Norman is the best!! He has been giving me the best haircuts that suit my age and weight for the last 20 years. He has real talent and I am grateful to have found him.
