I’m giving this store a 5 star because of their employee Cristal was a great help with letting me know that they carry extenders for necklaces. I was so close to returning a beautiful necklace my boyfriend bought me for Christmas. A couple weeks ago I went and Alejandra had informed me that there was no way to make my necklace longer and that they didn’t have extenders which I was pretty sad to hear. Thankfully today Cristal was so nice and informed about the extenders!

The day that I went to the store was just want to show the sales consultant that the crystals pen that i bought 2 months ago was out of order. I Didn't expect that I can get a exchange for a new one. Went here today for an Xmas gift for the wife. I had a business call as I went in and the sales woman was very helpful. Rang up my purchase and placed it in a nice gift bag all while I was on the phone. I apologized for my rudeness and left easy peasy.

Shocked to see how poor the prior reviews are and how long it's been since the most recent one! This place has had MAJOR change in personnel- sounds like the prior folks weren't friendly but we met with Shannon who was the sweetest nicest person ever! Would highly recommend finding her and having her treat you to such a wonderful shopping experience! She really went out of her way to help me and I couldn't be more impressed by how open she was. I'm sorry to read the other reviews- sounds like prior experiences with the staff here were frustrating- but the new staff are nothing but sweet! For example I didn't know about a birthday deal or the tiers in membership and now I'm looking forward to some serious discounts next month! You really can't go wrong with Shannon. The best part of the store is the customer service now! And of course the gorgeous pieces they have- make sure you check out their bracelets! I love dainty jewelry and even those looking for statement jewelry won't be disappointed!
