I am extremely disappointed with Steve Madden return policy. I recently purchased a pair of shoes from them and wore them once for only an hour. Despite this brief use, I developed painful calluses on my feet. When I tried to return the shoes, I was informed that they could not be returned because they had been worn. This is unacceptable! I expect better customer service and understanding from a brand that claims to care about its customers. I will not be shopping with Steve Madden again and would advise others to think twice before making a purchase.

Came and there doors were locked. It’s 7:15 and online says it closed at 8 even when it was confirmed by the business 3 weeks ago. Smh

I stopped by after work to exchange boots that I had ordered online and Luis/Louis, I’m sorry for the incorrect spelling if any, He looked up my order and noticed that I had been charged twice for one item and I pulled up my receipt and all just to confirm that we were seeing things correctly and yes, it turns out I was charged twice for one pair of boots. Luis was so patient and kind and told me not to worry that he would send out an email to customer service to get it situated and I left him my contact information so that he could follow up and sure enough about an hour or two later he gave me a call and let me know that I would receive a refund. His customer service was exceptional and he took that extra time and went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of. Thank you so much!

I come once in a while. Every single time I come I get helped right away. Doesn't matter how busy they are....they always make sure you're being helped too. If they don't have a size or color that you want they will check if they can order it for you. I have ordered a few & always ask to get them shipped to the store. They usually don't take more than a week and will call you right away. If you need someone's opinion they are more than happy to help.

Today I went to Santa Anita Mall. I was interested in buying two pairs of boots. Upon entering the store, I was attended by a very tall young woman with a very good attitude; there in the store was an another employee with a Chinese appearance, although she was not assisting me, she had a very rude attitude with me. I separated a pair of boots that was undecided to buy and the Chinese lady took them off and was going to return them to sideboard ; I had to walk behind her to get my boots back. The Chinese woman was rude and she made me feel like I was not welcome in the store. In the end I did buy my two pairs of boots, but the Chinese woman gave me a hard time.

I had purchased shoes and after wearing them for a few hours the inside of the shoes starts tearing apart. I believe it was a manufactured issue. I called and explained to them and Luis was super helpful. I go into the store and Anamarie was able to order new ones for me at no cost of course. Great customer service overall!!

Super sad to say I ordered online and it was my first time ever having boots from them I placed an order and 10 days later I still didn't receive it so I called several days they told me to be patient because shipping takes a while to be updated so I waited and than I contacted them again and they told me that my package was stolen that they would send out a replacement and the replacement came today and it didn't fit so I called to see if I can get the correct size but before Christmas and the customer service told me no. I just think it was wrong because if the other package was on time or they kept me updated I could have returned the wrong size package quicker . I ended up just not ordering from them. So sad

Walked into the store this evening. Denise and her caulegue provided an exceptional service. Both were presentable, quick and went out of their way to help me find a good pair. Would be happy to recommend and revisit the store in the future.

Love this place. I left there with 3 pairs of shoes.. That I Love them everytime I put them on.. And the staff was nice and helpful.
