My wife and I had a great experience buying a new Sleep Number i8 bed. Calvin, the salesperson, is an excellent advocate for the Sleep Number beds and accessories. He provided high-quality service by informing us about the different Sleep Number beds, explaining the different features as we explored our sleep number and also telling us about advances in sleep technology such as Sleep IQ. Calvin is a consummate professional salesperson and we were thrilled to purchase the i8 bed and other accessories, including two fantastically comfortable curved pillows.We had a wonderful experience at the Arcadia store and he is the main reason for our outstanding experience buying a new bed. Calvin gets 5 stars for his expertise, professionalism, and outstanding service.

Staff was extremely unhelpful and didn’t even bother to come up to us. Another couple walked in after we had and the staff immediately greeted and helped them but still did not say a thing to us. When we even showed interest in buying something, the staff was disinterested and dismissive. Will not come again.

Lying salesman! Manager sold me a mattress by promising a credit to be given for the $250 delivery charge. Turns out there is no credit for free delivery. I called the manager and got the runaround. I called customer service and they weren't any help. I should've known better than trust someone's word but I thought this was a reputable company. Buyer beware! Avoid this store.

Horrible service and SUPER mean male worker. I sent my daughter in to try out mattresses since hers got beg bugs and apparently he asked her to prove that I texted her and to show him her phone. Unacceptable.

Do not order from here. I went in requesting a second mattress order, and the sales rep was distracted the entire time. Instead of paying attention to what we required, he kept asking questions about my home, job, etc. Fast forward to 30 days later - and the wrong mattress is delivered! It specifically does not do what we needed it to do. They make you keep the mattress for a minimum of 30 days (MAJOR INCONVENIENCE) and the customer service is just as terrible as the in store team. They will refund the mattress but will not refund $498 dollars of it for delivery and pick up regardless of the reason for return. Just know that if you decide to buy - you're on the hook for $500. Buyers beware!

Love our mattress & thank you very much to Calvin he is amazing and great at what he does! Such a friendly outgoing gentleman. He helped us out a lot on choosing our new mattress & till this day he stays in touch and helps us with any questions we have ❤️

March 2023 - TLDR: Service 0 stars.Located in Arcadia mall. Noone greeted us when we walked in. After walking almost fully into the store, a gray haired salesman with glasses popped up. We asked what the difference was between the models and he didn't bother explaining and didn't show us the sample in the corner (which we later found ourselves). Instead he tried to convince us to purchase a size way bigger than what we had told him we were looking for. Then when he discovered we weren't in a rush to buy a mattress (basically not a quick sale) he immediately dismissed us and went to happily greet the next group who just walked in. So unbelievably rude.Ended up trashing the business card we were given because I don't plan on ever coming back here in the future to even look. I get salesman need to sell but at least try to be personable and sincere. At the very least have some tact.Pricing - Also it's honestly very expensive for a mattress but the service made me want to buy even less.The mattress employee at Macy's was so much nicer and way more informative.

Gatekeeping salesman with poor judgement and careless strategy. He immediately asked us what kind of house we live in and who is the bed for and what our current mattress is. Dismissive and wouldn't demonstrate or let my partner try the mattress when he judged we may be too poor to afford their product. It wasn't until we were on our way out and my partner mentioned we live in Glendale his attitude changed completely, I was so disgusted by the sudden change in behavior. You can just tell they are low class by the way they judge and treat potential customers. Srsly this location is prob losing business because of this unprofessional behavior. We won't be shopping at this location.

My husband and I had been considering a sleep number bed after hearing so many good reviews. We took my son to Dave and busters and while browsing through the mall we stopped in with no real intention of getting the bed. Well, we left with one and my husband And I love our bed!! I don't wake up sore and I love that my hubby and I can sleep on our preferred firmness since we don't agree on that. The customer service was excellent! We were able to try all the beds and pillows and were a little indecisive but the rep was patient and was so informative. Calvin has great customer service! When there was an issue with my retainer bar he took it upon himself to go the extra mile and call with me in a 3-way call. He makes himself available and calls back when he says he is. I feel comfortable knowing that if I need anything Calvin is available and happy to help. One thing is the customer service on the phone, I had a rep give me wrong information and was on the phone for over one hour only to have the rep say she gave me the wrong information. She asked me if I wanted to get my $75 in pints pack and the parts sent out for the inconvenience and then came back and said she came back and said neither was possible. Ended the call frustrated. If I can rate separately zero star for the rep and the supervisor who gave her wrong information. Aahira was the representatives name on 3/20/2023 at 1:30 pm She was passive aggressive and said "sorry that you had to wait a little bit" umm over an hour is not a little bit to get wrong info.

We walked into their store and told the sales person that we prefer very firm mattress. He asked us "why don't you sleep on the floor? It's as cheap as two to three hundred dollars." Left immediately
