Needed a specific glass made for an outdoor table that previously broke when moving and I found slater glass in Arcadia. I previously did have an issue with Cindy, but then Vivian ended up emailing me and followed up with what I needed. I ended up going to the company with my table for measurements and Vivian took care of me and helped me all the way through. My glass on my table looks great! Regarding all the negative reviews, Cindy was definitely a bad apple for Slater Glass. It's much better now. Give it a try, and work with Vivian.

Requested a quote for a window replacement via phone. Sent an email with picture of the job and my contact information. Never received a return call. Would not recommend this business due to their extremely poor follow through.

Customer service, needs improvement I contacted them through there website. Pointless. I had to follow up with a phone call. They had zero clue what my order consisted of. Not could they give me a quote within a reasonable time. But that's not all!It baffles me... How do you run a glass company with only 1 person that cuts glass?

Cindy and the team did a great job! We had a problems with one of the trim pieces but they made sure I was 100% when the project was done--and I AM!! Thank you for helping create a luxurious master bathroom shower for us!

After looking at our 100-year-old very tall and very narrow window, Mark recommended that he take it back to his shop, where he could do the best work on replacing the glass. An hour later, he was back, the window was in and he didn't upcharge us.. He also replaced glass in one of our sash windows that has been painted shut for the past 50 years. I am extremely happy with his professionalism, his efficiency, his friendliness and his enthusiasm for his work. Thanks Mark and Slater Glass!! (And since we have 76 windows and doors in this old house, I'm sure I'll be seeing Mark again. )
