About a week ago, My Mother and I went shoe shopping for black nonslip work shoes. We had the pleasure of being helped by Alan. He was attentive to our needs and helped my Mom find the perfect work shoes. Alan also informed us that we could save 10% when we signed up for an account. Alan even helped us create the account which made this process very easy. 5/5 stars. We will definitely be coming back to this location as customer service is top notch.

Wow.. really nice location. Alan was so friendly and welcoming. So patient with my husband. He ended up getting two pairs and it was a pleasant feeling, I bought two pairs too. Thank you Alan for being so kind and helpful. ❤️ ????

The store is in a nice mall. However, I was not very pleased with the customer service. I picked couple of shoes to use the discount for my BD. There was a 4th of July sale going which was get one, get one 50% off. We decided to use the 4th of July discount for the first two pairs and using my BD discount in a separate transaction to buy a bag. The 4th of July deal was kind of a trick, as you had to pay for the expensive shoe, the full amount and the next shoe which was less expensive was half price. After I paid for everything, I noticed it was a much better deal if I had used the BD discount for the shoes as well. I asked the lady to return my payment and make a new payment using my BD discount, she said, since she has used the code once,. she is not able to re-use it and the BD will only apply to one item, which was used for the bag; so, we can not cancel and re-buy. I said ok, but when I got home, I tried the code online and saw that it is still usable and not only usable for one shoe, but also usable for more shoes. I was very disappointed by what the lady told me at the store. I didn't have a feeling that she likes to help.

General observation: Sketchers should "up their game" in making shoes with better arch/overall foot support &/or make that type of support insoles/inserts available in their stores!Why are there so few styles of tennis/sports shoes made in a basic or predominantly white???

Skechers slip-ons are my favorite. I truly do wish they offered a more extensive choice. Staff are friendly and helpful. I give them five stars!

The people who helped me look for the tennis shoes I bought (4 pairs) reluctantly helped me. When I asked them to show me some pairs, they were annoying and I had to go looking for their help.
