“Service was great. I came in to return some snowboard boots online. Landon helped me out. He was really cool to talk to and you could tell he loves his job. My situation was a bit tricky since I was returning an online order, but Landon & his coworker were able to handle it effectively. I didn't get to look around much but they had a lot of cool graphic shirts that I tried on.”
“About a week ago, My Mother and I went shoe shopping for black nonslip work shoes. We had the pleasure of being helped by Alan. He was attentive to our needs and helped my Mom find the perfect work shoes. Alan also informed us that we could save 10% when we signed up for an account. Alan even helped us create the account which made this process very easy. 5/5 stars. We will definitely be coming back to this location as customer service is top notch.”
“My husband and I came into this store and was immediately greeted by an employee by the name of Paul. We brought our special needs son to get back to school shoes and without hesitation he went above and beyond for our 12 year old autistic son. Made him feel comfortable and even gave him stickers. We feel very proud that there are still parents out there who teach there kids to have awareness and acceptance. This kid Paul needs to be commended and have a raise. “I stopped by after work to exchange boots that I had ordered online and Luis/Louis, I’m sorry for the incorrect spelling if any, He looked up my order and noticed that I had been charged twice for one item and I pulled up my receipt and all just to confirm that we were seeing things correctly and yes, it turns out I was charged twice for one pair of boots. Luis was so patient and kind and told me not to worry that he would send out an email to customer service to get it situated and I left him my contact information so that he could follow up and sure enough about an hour or two later he gave me a call and let me know that I would receive a refund. His customer service was exceptional and he took that extra time and went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of. Thank you so much!”

“Scored the Nike Retro Dunk Lows (aka Pandas)! The store was clean and the associates were helpful.Instead of buying the shoe with a mark up, I remember this Shoe Palace had them in stock but sold out. I went in and found them restocked and Nike will be dropping them again 09/26. Pandas are a really popular shoe so resellers like to wipe out inventory, shrink wrap and try to make $50 to $100 for sizing. I noticed the resale market crash so it is not as crazy as before. The Nike Retro Dunk Lows go with everything and are very comfortable. Thanks Shoe Palace.”
“I had the most pleasant experience at Aldo because of Jasmine! She was so attentive and professional from the moment we stepped in. I was looking for a pair of shoes for a special occasion and she was so quick in helping me find not just one but two pairs that I fell in love with! One of the pairs were not available in my size in store so she assisted in getting the shoes shipped to me instead. I had mentioned to her that my feet were hurting and she recommended the gel inserts for the shoes that made all the difference! I cannot thank Jasmine enough and it truly was such a pleasure to be assisted by her. I left with a smile on my face!”

She was really patient and knowledgeable when it came to recommending shoes for us (I even walked out with two for myself) she was so kind to my one year old who was running around. “Cute clothing,great prices but just don’t think someone will help you as the staff is never only the floor and only behind the register they also don’t talk much to you when you ask questions but they all seem very young with a few older people there. Still a good shopping experience as it’s a great selection of items and good deals”

Cassandra and Jessica were so helpful and patient with my Grandma (who is a historically a difficult customer to please).
