I had a really frustrating experience with their customer service . I felt like I was treated as a potential thief rather than a valued customer. They only allowed me one pair of shoes to try because they claimed people were stealing them. There was no one around to assist, and when I did ask for help, I felt like a burden. Overall, it was the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and it's unfortunate that they treat all customers as thieves.

Just bought a pair of jordan mids for my daughter- they had her try on the display sneaker. We decided to buy them . They put them in a box and we paid. We get home and the sneakers have no laces . The fuy who helped us was rude - just a bad experience

Terrible customer service. Hardly anyone acknowledges you in the store. The other issue I had with this store is that they had a label on a shirt that said 2 shirts for $25 but then had another sign that said $30 for 2 shirts. If the staff fails to remove the $25 dollar label, the store should honor the price. The manager said, you can just leave it, someone else will buy. What a fine manager this store hired. How ridiculous! I've bought most of my shoes from this store in the past. Next time I am taking my money elsewhere. By the way, I did buy my daughter a pair of shoes that cost 120 dollars. This is the Last time you will get my money, Shoe Palace. Shoe palace needs Learn to lose 10 dollars to gain a customer that may end up spending thousands of dollars in their store.

Sunday 09/10A bunch of employees that don't care about their job, or much less actual customers. Walked in their was 3 male employees playing around with a ball, as if they were on a basketball court. Then their was another male employee standing behind the counter popping his gum as if he was an annoying little 14 year old. Total lack of customer service, too bad for sure that store is losing money with those type of employees their.

Scored the Nike Retro Dunk Lows (aka Pandas)! The store was clean and the associates were helpful.Instead of buying the shoe with a mark up, I remember this Shoe Palace had them in stock but sold out. I went in and found them restocked and Nike will be dropping them again 09/26. Pandas are a really popular shoe so resellers like to wipe out inventory, shrink wrap and try to make $50 to $100 for sizing. I noticed the resale market crash so it is not as crazy as before. The Nike Retro Dunk Lows go with everything and are very comfortable. Thanks Shoe Palace.

Awesome customer service! Totally would come back and buy from here easily. I went in today looking for a birthday and Father's Day gift for my husband. Felt lost at first, but luckily met Kenneth the store manager who was super helpful and patient. Never once made me feel silly and even explained the differences between the different models of their huge selection of New Balances! While checking out, the other staff were also super cool. Walked out with three pairs and can't wait for hubby to see!

Kenneth greeted and helped us to configure the store right when we walked in the front doors. He was helpful until we checked out and had great customer service! Will definitely be visiting this location again.
