I stopped by today, and Shane was very helpful picking out my colors. I was grateful for his knowledge with my skin changes over the years. He understood where I was coming from. I got everything I had needed.

I rate this place a zero for their lack of customer service and failure to fix my issue. I purchased a Sephora Favorites Deluxe Perfume Sampler and one of the bottles came empty, management did not let me exchange for a new sampler kit and informed me to notify Customer service. Customer service was unable to help me resolve the issue. Horrible and unprofessional experience with unnecessary apologies to no resolution.

I used to go to this Sephora all the time because the service was great, great recommendations and a friendly atmosphere and they had a lot of different types of brands to try out. But throughout the years, I've noticed it has slowly gone downhill. I went in yesterday to my surprise, it was so disappointing to step in and I still wonder why I had bought something there when I should have gone to Nordstrom instead. Here are some of the things I noticed and would suggest please check and sanitize when you're trying things on your face. - Makeup products were not cleaned and had so much product smudges all over the products. This could cause issues for others who don't sanitize their hands and then use their fingers or the sponges to apply on their face. - Sample Applications: this was so gross. The applications were surrounded with product buildup and was unorganized. There were no makeup removers and I wanted to barf when I saw underneath the cotton pads were filled with hard crusty brown (i don't even know what it was and I don't want to find out) stuff. Ladies...PLEASE look into this before applying it to your face. - I noticed there were some customers applying makeup products directly on their face (lipstick and blush) vs. using a clean application - Customer service at front desk: When it was time for me to pay and I honestly wanted to get out as fast as possible, the lady asked if any had helped me. I responded no and with that, she was so rude and did not say thank you, have a nice day, etc. and just handed me the receipt. I believe customer service could be a little nicer. This isn't the first time I received this treatment so maybe I should just say yes, someone did help me. Overall, I was very disappointed in this Sephora and would just love to remind others to please double check

Recently just went to this Sephora, Sunday February 11, 2023. Two of my friends and I had just went in to find a color match for one of my friends because she was too nervous to ask an employee so I thought I'd just help her. We had been looking at some of the products that were in one isle doing color swatches while this one guy (big, bald and white) comes up to us asking if I wanted a basket? He was specifically only talking to me and not to any of my friends. He kept asking me if I wanted a basket or something, and after explaining that we were just trying to find a color match for my friend he kept pressuring me to put "something back where it belonged" after I had grabbed the basket from him a little annoyed. I guess he was assuming I was stealing or something, but he was getting up all in my personal space making me feel uncomfortable and my friends even though he wasn't speaking directly to them. I had left the foundation area because he was basically all up in our personal spaces and went to some other area with lipgloss that I'd been looking at, while looking at them he was still behind us continuously just staring us down really closely. At that point he'd made my friends and I uncomfortable, I felt pressured into buying something or else something would happen, even after grabbing the product I was going to buy, he was talking to another employee that seemed a bit concerned to what he was saying to him. Waiting in the line, I could see both of them, talking to the other employee repeatedly saying "look in her bag" in front of everyone which made me feel even worse inside. And after everything, he even followed me to the register when I was paying. I'm not sure what's up with this guy, but there was another person in the Arcadia Sephora Yelp review who had the same experience as me. The dude even followed me out of the Sephora. And I just wanted to say that I'm a minor, so it made me feel really uncomfortable and horrible. I get the whole "security" thing, but I also just wanted to say that there were a lot of other people around us in that Sephora, I don't wanna say anything bad, but my friends and I are p.o.c and I hope it wasn't anything against us. I'm just commenting at that, but pls, just be aware of this one employee.

Staff is very nice and helpful here but that's not the issue. This Sephora is so incredibly dirty and gross! Thick dusty fuzz on everything, make up smears and drips all over the place, dried goo oozing down the sides of smartly designed products, used tester swabs strewn about.

8:19pm on December 26th. Literally just last night , my friends and I walked into Sephora wanting to purchase the Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Balm in shade Hibiscus but that's been sold out at other locations near my home in Anaheim. I'm was in the area and I came to this location in Arcadia since the app said it was in stock. I went in and they didn't have it on display so I asked a worker if they had anymore and if so if she could check and she checked and they didn't then I told her the app said it was on stock then she explained to me there app wasn't updated and I was a little bummed but instantly brushed it off and looked for something similar to what I wanted to purchase. And I did find something similar and was browsing around. My friend had one of those free lash brushes and she put it in her purse so I told her to also grab me one and she did and I put it in my pocket and we continued to browse in a different aisle and two minutes later a semi big caucasian man walks up to us and was very close to me and said if I would like a basket for all my products and I said no thank you and I showed him I only had one small thing and he proceeded to ask again and I was thinking he was a worker and just trying to be helpful and get me to get a basket so I placed my small item in the basket and he said what about the other things and i said what other things. He began to get a little closer and looked me up and down and looked at me in silence then he said I saw you on the camera and saw you putting an item in your pocket. And instantly right there I knew what he was insinuating and I showed him the free lash brushes I had in my pocket and I proceeded to say I had nothing else and immediately he walked away from us. My friend and I were very shocked that just happened and frightened. I was very scared in that moment I began to panic which led me to start crying . I completely understand that people steal and retail stores are on high alert but this man was very aggressive towards me and after wrongfully accusing me and he didn't even apologize to me. He just walked away to the back. We walked into line still processing what just happened and I wipe my tears and I tell my friend I don't even wanna buy anything anymore and placed my item down and I just wanted to leave so my friend walks up to the cashier lady in glasses and tells her if there is a manager that we would talk to and the worker noticed I was crying and asked if we were ok and my friend tells the worker what just happened and she had a shocked look as well. So she called for the manager and a lady walks up which I'm assuming is the manager (black hair Asian and had tattoos) and my friend tells her what happened since I was in shock and crying still and she was telling us she's sorry. And that she would come back and talk to someone in the back. So me and my friend wait on the side and about 5 minutes later she just apologizes again and we asked if he was a mall security or Sephora security and she said Sephora security. And hands us samples of perfumes. I'm very disappointed and I was very much not pleased on how things were handled. I was very scared and embarrassed to be accused of something I've never done before. I never had an issue with Sephora or any retail stores. I walked away shocked I still couldn't process this just happened. And now looking at other reviews I see this isn't the first time someone has been wrongfully accused of stealing.

The sales associate Isha was extremely rude. I understand these are the times when the customer census is at its highest because of the holidays and it may be overwhelming, but it is absolutely not okay to roll your eyes at someone. My friend was making a purchase at the register and after she paid she turned her attention to her baby very briefly and didn't realize she had to sign for her receipt. When I realized she needed to sign I brought it to her attention and Isha already seemed upset. As my friend was signing I saw Isha roll her eyes and she also noticed that I saw her. Instead of apologizing she continued to give my friend attitude. Sorry Isha, but if you don't use your big words, we can't hear you. It's honestly not that hard to tell someone they forgot to sign.

It's always a hit or miss with this one. You have the the workers willing to help then the other half who don't even notice you and will stare at you in the nastiest way. Like are you fucken kidding me? I understand retail can be hard and I will never be rude to a customer service worker but come onI spend a good amount of money here to deserve some respect and not looked at like I don't deserve to be there. I will say I avoid coming in and only do so if I need too.

This is by far the best Sephora's that I've ever been to! The customer service is superb, friendly, kind, understanding, and very helpful! I had my make up done by the store, manager, Melissa, she was so sweet and accommodating, she did my make up exactly the way that I wanted it, even adding extra eyeliner and fixing my eyebrows to the shape that I wanted it. I highly recommend getting your makeup done at Sephora for special occasions, they open as early as 8 AM in for your special occasions. All of the makeup artists are certified and professional. I was finished in the nick of time and was able to get my hair appointment right after. Highly recommend, 10 outta 10!

Trisha helped me and was super attentive and explained products to me to help me understand what my skin needed and makeup that would help with my concerns. She was very patient and amazing! When I come back, I’m definitely asking for Trisha’s help.

I was really looking forward going to sephora and trying out the iq foundation match on my skin which tends to be pink and red so foundation is always off I've tried ulta but it was not my shade it looked yellow so when I got there was greeted and was sent over a girl and I said right off from the start i told her that I wanted the iq scan and she proceeded to take me to Dior, I told her makeup forever was a little more cheaper option for me and starts swatching my face instead of scanning. Then when I told her I wanted to use the iq scan tool which she had on her she proceeds to send me another girl who also said she couldn't do the iq because it needed an update and tried to swatch my face which still had the other swatches with makeup by mario so I got a little upset and told her I'd come back another day why do they advertise the tool if there not going to use it I was going to purchase the foundation if it really turned out to be right shade so now once again I'm left with no foundation
