I ordered a one pound box of chocolate of different varieties yesterday around 5pm.But when I got home and opened it, I found that the waiter had put in items that I didn't choose. At least one-third of the items I chose were not put in.

loved the moment i stepped in with my wife to buy assorted one pound of chocolate but the young girl is a little too unprofessional. she gave us a sample claiming “it’s mayfair” which consists of cherries in it but my wife kept saying i had vanilla with almond filling no cherries in there when we always buy that. she kept insisting even though my wife showed her the piece doesn’t contain any cherry. all of See’s location hands u out some free stuff when u purchase over 1 pound normally as a courtesy and that’s nice of them.the girl decided instead to give us 3 pieces of chewy caramel candy (clear wrapped)

It's the little things in life, like See’s candy, that make life a little better and sweeter. On the days you need a pick me up, head over to See’s in Arcadia to fill your craving and indulge in a sweet treat. I’ve been coming to See’s since I was a kid. Back then and now, getting a sample while you wait to get the rest of your chocolates is so satisfying. My must-have is the Dark Scotch Mallow. It has the perfect sweetness in every bite. My favorites include Carmel Patties, the Coconut Special, cafe latte, and chocolate lolly pops. The employees try their very best to be accommodating to all guests. The line gets long, so you just have to be patient and wait your turn. ?Many thanks to Monica and Jenny for always greeting me with a smile and giving me excellent customer service. You ladies are fantastic!

I love Sees Candy however this location had the worst service. It wasn’t even busy and the line took forever. Only got a bag of dark chocolate scotch mellows, which we enjoyed at the movies. This location was clean and organized but the staff need it a lot more training 10 out of 10 doesn’t really recommend this location.

As a child, I remember going to the grocery and passing by the branch's pick a mix setup. My favorite was the caramel ones. If you are like me and miss those days. Fear not because see's candy sells a similar version. It's called a butterscotch chew. Highly addicting and you will probably be back for more like me. They are incredibly soft and chewy. Not too sweet or sticky. Caramel flavor is a perfect mix of buttery and sweetness. It's very well made as an afternoon treat. Customer service at this location is awesome. Everyone is super helpful and sweet. Definitely good salespeople as I end up with more than I came in for. If there's a line, it usually moves pretty quickly. Will definitely be back.

Located on the second floor next to Forever 21 in the Shops at Santa Anita. See's Candies is the easiest and best gift to give to family and friends for special occasions. I like to go there to get some good candy and free samples. ;) Employees are very nice as well and the store is clean.

I went into the sees candy located at the Santa anita mall and requested a sample of apricot delight and Patti Carmel and the employee (blond with accent when speaking) refused to let me sample a second one. She stated "only 1" with rudeness. I have never had a Patti Carmel and this store just lost a customer which I usually spend over one hundred dollars. Very unprofessional. They are stingy when giving out samples.

Great service and delicious chocolates!! They also sell some nice chocolate gift boxes and other tasty sweets! The workers there are very friendly as well. I will come back there again when I'm in Arcadia Mall! Thank you all so much for everything!! Five stars is definitely my total rating!!! Don't forget to try all of their chocolate samples too! :)
