SCAM artists. These guys promise one thing and then turn around, do the opposite, and tell you there is nothing they can do about it. You might be able to get a good deal from them since they dont have a clue what theyre doing, but DO NOT sell your items to them. They offer pennies on the dollar and then try and sell for close to retail. These people want nothing more than for you to be hard up for cash so they can exploit your needs.

Visited this location recently with my family while on a mini vacation. Im surprised with these reviews.. the associates in the store are very kind and patience especially Alvin. He was able explained to us about the rebag programs and great discounts!! Bought ourself Chanel bag for mom’s bday!For those who never visited this location… please spend sometimes in store and do not let these negative comments stop you having a great experience in the store.

The most unprofessional and disorganized company, and not just within the industry. Nearly impossible to contact their "customer service" team. It takes an average of three or four attempts before they respond saying "thank you for your continued patience," and then will proceed to disappear again.A trade offer submitted one month ago is still pending finalization, so my items will likely be in their possession for over a month unnecessarily.The previous review sums it up perfectly, "Absolutely horrible scam [...company that has] no morals or integrity."

The only issue I have, is that once they receive item they tend to lower the offer, not sure if they expect the item to look 1000% new. I try to make sure that everything is detailed.

First experience was not good. I sent in a bag for buyout because they said they would pay X dollars for it. The bag was like new with all tags and receipt. After they received it they said there was a “crease” in the strap and lowered the offer. Will not do business with them again.

Would give negative stars if I could. Bought a bag from them online and received an empty box. Tried to contact customer services by calling, chat and email. No response. Don’t buy from them unless you want to get scammed.

I have the same experience as Paulina. I got a quote for my YSL bag. I sent it in and it was rejected (there was no valid reason because the condition of the bag was great). They sent it back damaged with severe creasing in the front. I don’t even know if I can sell it now. How is it legal for them to do this?! Please stay away from this company

Do not sell with Rebag, please. Sent in a bag with no wear. They valued it really low so I had it returned. They returned it in horrible condition. Now my bag is considerably damaged. I contacted customer service and attached before and after pictures of my bag once I got it returned from their “care” and they said they is nothing they can do? Absolutely horrible scam. Low balling offers, okay, fine. But I don’t do business with companies that have no morals or integrity.

Never buy from this company !!! I have purchased a Hermes bag. I never received it!! I had have to trace it myself with FedEx. But Rebag filed a lost claim to FedEx. They received the money from FedEx for the lost claim. Three months later, Rebag still won’t refund the money to me! They kept my money and FedEx’s money!!First, They told me to contact FedEx myself as a recipient!! I confronted them with FedEx’s paid claim number. Then they told me that Affirm put a charge back on my account. I called Affirm and got a confirmation from Affirm that there’re never a charge back on the account. I have forwarded the information to Rebag. They won’t take it. They won’t contact Affirm. They said Affirm have to contact them directly saying there’s no charge back. I suggested to do a three way call. They refused the idea. They kept telling me that their system showing there’s a charge back. But they don’t contact Affirm to get the truth about it. They just kept my money and has been kicking the ball around.This company is really disgusting. Really dishonest. Never buy from them!!!

BEWARE SELLING!! Sent in very expensive bags in pristine condition, was told they don’t meet internal guidelines. They are authentic and just came back from the Chanel spa in Beverly Hills. Told me they are t responsible for securely shipping them back to me and cannot guarantee they will arrive back to me safely. Super disappointed with customer service and lack of responsibility. Customer service hung up on me. I will file a lawsuit if bags do not arrive safely and in the same condition I sent them in with. Don’t sell on this site!!!!!

Extremely LOW offers. Nice inventory but I did not feel comfortable selling or trading any of my items. Both in “great” condition and not old…still received a very low offer.

This is a sham. They take your product for weeks before giving you an answer. Then if they accept, they keep your product ( without giving you a receipt) for another week before the accept or reject . Regardless you may joe ever get paid and may not receive you personal stuff back. There is no supervisor and who knows how they handle your studs. They are late and do not comply with what they advertise. No wonder the Beverly Hills store closed . I asked for my items to be returned to the store if they could not put money in my account today. I offered to pay for overnight shipping , but they refused. Do not leave your valuables with them at the store and definitely do not ship to them. This is a scam .Beverly Hills
