Went for an oil change. Upon picking up the car, I was told the belt was in extremely poor condition and needed to be replaced immediately. The engine belt was fine, not a thing wrong with it, and it was replaced recently. So watch out for their repair suggestions!!!

Sergio has seen our cars a dozen times since we found him a couple of years ago. Very thorough, reliable, swift, and reasonably priced services. He also takes the time to educate me on the work he did or is about to do, and will show me under the car when needed. He's become our go-to car mechanics since we found him.

Came here for a simple smog check. Friendly and quick service.I will say thank you to Sergio, Alexis, and James for helping me out on a mishap on my part. They were very patient when I locked my keys in the car haha. Overall, I've been looking at different shops lately and I find myself returned back here in the future :)

Recently took my 2021 Audie A4 for brakes and some damage I had on it from an accident. Went to Audie dealership first and they gave me ridiculous prices! Then went to Purrfect Auto from a recommendation from a friend and they did not disappoint! Sergio was well equipped and had tons of knowledge about the car! He told me exactly what needed to be done and took care of the problem in 2 days! Cannot thank him enough for an honest and fair yet EXCELLENT mechanic! Also his helper Alexis a young boy was doing an awesome job working on my car as well!

Listen. If you need your vehicle done honest and know extras. Then talk with Omar and keep it real. I can't speak for everyone but I just got back to Cali, and needed car work done on few of my vehicles. I know enough of the basic but not entirely enough. I took my Father in law truck to several shops and even called the dealership. It was Purrfect Auto and Omar who kept it real and honest. I won't speck bad on the over shops.. But if your asking me. Yeah give them a try, and this is a real review not a paid one. Lol! I only do reviews sometimes. And my phone asked me for one. I can say also if your not satisfied. He will fixes the problem for you. Can't find that anymore.

Never had a bad experience with purrfect auto service. Fast oil changes and always lets me know if something needs to be changed/replaced with good prices. Sergio is the man and will always help you out

The service attitude is super bad. The price for tire repairs can be as high as 30 yuan at first. After I signed the contract and removed the tire, they told me that it would cost 35 yuan. I said that I would have to pay if I didn’t want to repair the tire. I said that I would charge money for the service. You can pay according to his price. Feel free to add money to your statement! I don’t have a lot of money and I feel disgusting~

This is located at the mall strategically to take advantage of women. Sergios prices were all over the place. It was listed on the wall a/c 89 but he changed it to 120 to diagnose my problem. Dont worry it will go toward the bill of repair in which he started throwing out numbers 350 for labor and 350 for parts then when he could tell that wasnt going to work labor went down.230 labor. If I were male he wouldnt play those games.. he is going to charge you like you at the dealer might as well go.

I got problem on freeway, I got the shop in a google map sight. I call them. they want to check what's problem. So I towed the car to them. They estimate 3,700 to fit. They want to make new car condition. It 's old car 2003. It comes out 2 sensor roblem (crankshaft position sensor, camshaft sensor). So I complained but still $2,000 asking. So I call the tow truck to move to other shop.but they close the shop, I have to cancel. I want to tow again next day. So I called tow truck, But when tow truck drive comes to tow, They charge $65 without notice to release the key. I was not there. And tow truck left. So l paid with credit card on the phone. I call again the tow truck.
