Went in to sign some documents, and everyone was very kind (even the security guard). I didn't give it 5 stars because I think they're a bit behind on communication between their branches and that's definitely something they need to work with.

I'm a relatively new customer to this bank because of my job. I love that I can cash a check at any of there locations and they don't charge. However that's the only good side to this company. Now this location. Normally I would go to a different branch but I chose to go here instead. My experience with this location was horrible. First off what takes so long to count. Second language barriers are one thing, dealing with one when some one has a bad attitude is another. I felt like because I didn't speak Chinese that I didn't get nice customer service. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, I had to walk up to a desk while the bankers just looked at the computer screen. Then after word was a high, and the other two workers didn't even notice. The guy next to her said “oh uhhh heyâ€. After discovering how much of a void there was in communication the woman that helped me started talking to me like I'm 3. Then when an Asian man walks in everybody immediately greets him. If you love fractured English and fobs then come here!
