The service was terrible. When I arrived, the server literally ignored me (I know they saw me) and chatted with another server for about 7 minutes. So, I decided to go to Claire’s instead, and their service was much better. The lady there was so nice and helpful.

I had my ears pierced and six weeks later came back to ask for help on how to switch them out. Very helpful and friendly for a first timer who has difficulty removing and reattaching a set. .

nicest woman ever worked there when i went. It was my first time getting my ears pierced and she was super duper helpful and was very patient with all my questions. It was no trouble and she was very patient with me.

Took my little one to get her ears pierced today. Obviously she was super excited but also a ball of nerves. Ashley was very sweet and made the process as painless as possible! Highly recommend this place for ear piercing!

I have multiple piercings on each ear. 4 of them closed up (not originally done by Banter) and needed to be redone. Ashley was really helpful and fun. Great experience!
