I love how Nordstrom employees are always helpful and offer great customer service. I have gone to other stores with high ticket items and they never greet me and they look at me like "what is she doing here?" But Nordstrom never does this. Whenever I want to try an item or look at an item they always help. I love Nordstrom and every Nordstrom treats me the same.

Shawny - near Cafe- was so helpful. I couldn’t find my car. She called Security twice and made sure they helped me. It was a long process and the Cafe had a fig newton type cookie they don’t sell to give me. Young man asked if I also wanted water. Security service was so kind and I got pushed in a wheelchair to my car. So much care in this situation. I’m so grateful and will tell many how kind your store service was. Thank you. O Jackson

I love Nordstrom, been coming to this one for years and I’ve never been treated so rudely. Thank you to Mykenzie in the shoe department for treating me so rudely. I went up to her to if they carried a shoe in a specific color. When I approached her she looked me up and down and said simply said sure. You could tell she was unhappy to help me. She went into the storage room and would repeatedly come out and stand around or help another customer but you could tell she never didn’t feel like talking to me or answering my question. Eventually I went up again and asked another consultant who was very happy to help me and looked up the shoes and helped us order them online. If you are shopping at Nordstrom avoid mykenzie.

I saw this Dior bag that be cute for this summer. As a fashionista I love to investigate is the quality should be matching the retail price.
Well bad news anyone who owns a Dior bag it’s cheap made in a sweat shop cost $57. Sorry it’s not made by handmade craftsmanship and getting scam for 97.9% margin. Super bad news Italian police raided LVMH suppliers. That means brand names use LVMH too is cheaply made also.
