Everyone in this bank is so personable and professional. I usually avoid going inside a bank, this is my 5th time going in this branch and they are so pleasant in there and help in a timely manner. Philip is amazing with great customer service, always putting on a smile and the willingness to help. Philip had helped me 3 other times and each time I've learn something new! For example I was trying to deposit a check to my Merrill Edge account and I don't have my debit card on me and he said I can deposited through the mobile app but I thought it's only if I deposit to my checking account. Yesterday I walked in there and wanted to ask if I can get Euro from the bank since I am leaving on a trip. Again, Philip showed me how to order it on my mobile app! He's great, never in a hurry or rushing me out, super helpful and has such a sweet personality. He's a great asset this BofA!

Drive thru for deposits are easy and convenient. I always use this drive thru service to deposit cash and checks when I'm on the go. Also, safe area in Arcadia.

Horrible management of a bank. Arrived 3:30p Staffed with ONE teller on a Friday. Sat for an hour trying to open an account. New accts person finished with the person ahead of me at 430pm. I was told she would not be able to open a new acct & to come back Monday. Obviously I didn't. Thee Worst customer service, explains why BofA is going under.

I have very bad experience today. I seek help with autopay and went to center twice, but the frond of desk push me away. She gave me a number and told me to call the number. She has no basic knowledge with bad attitude.

I fucking hate Bank of America, not only are they relentless with their fees and penalties, which are all outrageously overpriced, they also have some of the worst customer service. The only reason I still deal with them is because my previous vehicle purchase was the dealer does financing with them without letting me know they are involved. With the Covid pandemic going on, the motherfucking B of A closed down numerous branches as cost cutting measure, forcing customers who need to visit a branch personally to go to one of the few that are still open. Note that the hours posted on yelp for the ones still operating are inaccurate, and even those branches that they direct you to visit (on notes posted on their doors) are frequently also CLOSED. I had the misfortune of waiting in scorching sun and suffocating heat for more than 1.5 hours for the pleasure of getting to talk with a teller, while asshole after asshole get to cut in line before me since they are "opening new accounts". And there was that fucking geriatric bitch in front of me that repeatedly go back to one of the 3 available tellers (yes, she did it twice) after leaving for the door to make this visit even worse. Also fuck the guy that was hogging a teller for almost 1/2 hour. 清倉令郎聽湯

Don't use Bank of America and don't use their ATM, cash out your money. Deposit a check with this bank's atm drive through on Friday at 5:45 pm, credit to my account in the evening. Next day, Saturday, is on Hold, with no date of release. Call BOA, they told me is because is deposit at 8:45 pm, I told them that is have proof is deposited at 5:45 pm, and was credit to my account the same evening. The person on the phone has no idea, why... and say is the deposit check account issues. And told me to come in this branch as ask for branch manager for help. I can in, ask for manager, and was told not working on Saturday, asst. manager, Vicent is here. I waited for Vincent, told him the situation, he also stated is the deposit check issue and is the atm issue. I show him the account number of the deposit check, and then he changed to atm issues. And that he can not do anything, because he is just the supervisor! He told me to call the 800 number, I told him I did and they told me to come to the branch. He told me there is nothing he can help me, and wait for someone to call the customer Service on the phone. I asked him, is there any different than I have called already. He wasn't able to give me any answer. He was NOT able to help, have no answer to why is it hold, he can't even release at least $300 to my account. Why do I have a bank for????? To get myself running around in a 90 degree heat, on a Saturday morning! Why do we, the people need a bank to hold our money? I Hate Bank of America services! Last year, someone use my debt card and was able to charge more 20 transactions, total more than $2800.00. I had to wait close to a month, before they return my money. And yes, is with Bank of America! Is not Bank of America, is Bank of HELL!

PENGXIN FANG was really helpful in getting me a statement I needed that morning. Was extremely pleasant and made dealing with your awful bank, bearable. You have great employees, just crap policies, fees and executives.

Tuesday at 10:50am only 2 tellers and 10-12 people in line. All the other bankers including the greeting relationship manager should offer assistance. Poor service for a newly renovated branch. Need more tellers for busy hours.

One of the old looking Bank of America locations I have been to lately. Many of the branches have been remodeled. Located on the bottom floor of the commercial building. Parking is in the back lot. Entry is through the building entrance. They have a drive thru ATM and 1 in branch ATM. I could not find a walk up ATM on the outside. Line was long and was moving really slow. I just used the ATM and did my business and left.

I'm giving 5 stars as a thank you to the staff that helped me today. I was stressed about getting charged by BOA, but the staff explained everything and helped me avoid those charges. He even went over 6pm to help me. I am super grateful that I don't need to be stressed about having access to my money. Thank you for going that extra mile for me.

Horrible service. No acknowledgment from anyone, even what appeared to be the manager all she did is walk around swinging her keys. Long wait upto an hour. Once upon a time this branch gave great service. I'm referencing to additional services, tellers are great.

Pretty good bank of america location with a much shorter line compared to the location on the other side of Arcadia. Employees were extremely helpful when I was setting up my account.

This location has both inside and drive through tellers. As much as I think drive through is lazy, it does come in handy. Especially after hours. Service is great. Bank with confidence.
