The bald man just me the attitude for no reason, saying I don't leave my package right there bc I don't trust him? Now I understand why this store got so many 1 star review it make sense! Don't come here just go to FedEx office or DHL Center they are the ACTUAL AUTHORIZED!

DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!! Read all the 1star reviews. ALL TRUE !!! Made the mistake of not doing prior research. The owner is absolutely shit. Not willing to help and just an awful person. Disgrace to humanity and the local community. If you want your package you will not get them here unless you come with your birth/death certificate, passport, proof of citizenship and the deed of residence. It might still not be enough for him to release the package. You better not misspell, miss a latter or number. If your ID shows Richard, you better not put Dick. Or else he will use that against you. Bring a lawyer to fact check his claims. call the police for protection and better bring your doctor and meds to lower your blood pressure. Attached you will find a picture of the owner. Just missing the actual shit. Good luck people

My DHL package had specific instructions: bring your ID. I get there, the guy refused to give it to me because he claimed DHL should've sent me a PIN, which they did not (I even called customer service and confirmed there was NO PIN). What a hassle..so I CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY. SAME issue, he refused to give me my package! He asked to see my phone, so I showed him the email from my phone, but that was NOT enough and he asked to HOLD my phone to look himself! Ummm, eww germs (don't like anyone touching my phone with their dirty hands). After much back and forth, I finally convinced him that they didn't have a PIN, as they "texted" a landline. This was not an easy transaction.

How is this business still open. I sent my fiancé to pick up my package using the directions I received from DHL. The instructions state, you must have a signed letter from the recipient and your ID. My fiancé had both. A psychotic individual who works the counter refused to give my fiancé my package. Despite the DHL directions you have to prove to him that all of the information is valid. Why? Who is this guy? Who does he think he is? It's very clear that this individual is unhappy with his job and life and is dead set on harassing potential customers. I really hope this business is shut down soon. He has no business working with people. He would be better suited digging in trash cans for recyclable. Now I have to find time to go pick up my package despite being at work during there business hours. I really hope DHL stops allowing them to be a third party carrier. What should have been convenient turned out to be so complicated, when it did not need to be.

I will never drop off anything from this store again,I have two FedEx package dropped here last week,but the status never updated called FedEx couple times,they said they never received these packages,ask me to contact ship center,but the owner is so rude,claim they don't have my packages,and does not even bother to check again,said this is not their business,even I have the receipt as proof,my package lost forever,there are a lot of ship center out there,just stay out of this one,trust me

So my husband went to pick up a package for me. It came through international DHL shipping so if it went back it's a HUGE issue especially since it is for our daughter. DHL website clearly states he can pick up the package if I write a letter with my information, address, package number, PIN number and his name and if he has his own ID. Jerry the owner is BAT SHIT CRAZY. And fought with me and then my husband for over 30 minutes to release our package. Horrible place. Not sure how he is still in business.

It looks like a family owned business. Service poor. No talking.Judging a customer first to see if it is a easy target. Grab packages from you without a word. Pricy content from the package was lost after being dropped at the store, only an empty box was shipped. Receipts looks like the one you get from a gas station machine. With only super limited information on it. Give a UPS tracking number and was found in USPS system.

PLEASE READ! Continue on my last comment... I wouldn't give one star if I could give a ZERO. This is my WORST customer service ever with this horrible place, I don't understand how this business survived with such a bad attitude and the owner is such a RACISM person. I normally do my nick name on all my packages because as long as I can proof the address and my pin number so everything should be fine. I didn't know DHL is very strict about the name which must match with the ID. I have been contacting with the DHL customer service and talked to three different agents, supervisors for three days to deal with this because the owner is very helpless except giving me a hard time and RACISM TONE SNEER at my situation. One of the DHL supervisor is very helpful and told me that she could provide me the text message that prove to the shipping center owner which confirming the address and contents of the package because the sender put her nick name on the label. I called back to this place, the owner said NO, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PACKAGE. I totally SPECHLESS about his attitude. I have been living in the U.S. for more that ten years. I have never EVER had racism by anyone here but this owner because he said 99% of CHINESE people have done the same thing. EXCUSE ME? WTF**K? why you mentioned that? I have checked the reviews on this store, I feel SO SORRY for those people who also suffer the same thing as I do. GUYS! save your money, your time, your energy, stay away with the this NEGATIVE atmosphere. This owner definitely needs a ethic lesson on how to communicate with people.

Beware of the this store!!! I rarely leave nagetive review for a business, but the experiences that I had today then decided I felt the need to leave this review. My friends and I was going there to pick up the packages, but ended up we have worse experience ever. For some reason he just won't let us pick up the packages we got all kind of proofs such as address, phone number, pin numbers, emails. He just simply said this packages will return to where it came from, and we have to responsible the shipping fee for shipping back to where it's from. At this point we were trying to figure out what went wrong and how to solve the problems, the onwer getting heat up for no reason. The owner has very bad temper and very very impatient to communicate with, also he wasn't trying to solve the problem instead create more problems. He clearly just don't want deal with any problems that occur, and giving customer a hard time. Just stay away from this store if you don't want your day got ruin!

The store owner is very impolite. No manners at all. Worst service that I never had. Yelling to customer instead of getting issues resolved. You need to learn how to communicate with customers. I would never do business with this store again.
