“For some reason that branch on Santa Anita is always closed. And I found this Baldwin branch has longer banking hour. I went to this branch to take care our HOA account and Mr Duan (looks like a manager) was there to assist. He is very attentive and courteous, not just answered all my questions but also able to helped me out solved our account issues. Will always come to this branch from now on”
“Update - because nothing is easy, it has taken over 90 days to get a part of this matter resolved. Kudos to Regional Manager Walter Wodtke who went above and beyond to handle my affairs. So far, so good. (I'm still taking my business elsewhere; however, at least I am confident that I can still receive first class care as long as Walt is around.)”

“My mother had an awful customer experience with Branch Manager of US Bank South Pasadena refusing to accept her Illinois ID with no exp date. The day after my mom went to US Bank in Arcadia to cash her Social Security Check. Eric Chu NMLS# 1728772 helped her with banking services and even educated us on Illinois ID laws that IL residents 65 yrs & over will not have an expiration date. He gave my mom his business card in case she runs into any future issues at US Banks, and he advised her to have them call him. Thank you, Eric for your patience with my mom! She's elder and her English is not so easy to understand, but you treated her like you would any other human being, with respect and kindness.”
