I made an appointment early morning before work and came 15 minutes ahead of time and they took their time. I had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time. I was late for work because of their lack of efficiency.

I had a great experience here. I had an appointment and checked in when I parked, which there were plenty of spots available. I waited in my car until I received the text message to come inside. When I arrived inside my name was called shortly after, and I was able to email the lab my insurance ID card since I don’t have a hard copy. The ladies at the desk were both very friendly and helpful. I think I heard them say they were short staffed, and these women were both the phlebotomists. Their names were Leticia and Sandy. I interacted with both of them and they were so kind and helpful. Sandy drew my blood and was so sweet! I will definitely return to this lab for future labwork! Thanks for the positive experience!

Long story short, go upstairs to check in, don't use the link in the email.
Appt system does not work. I checked in 30 min before my appointment cause I wanted to get it done so I can leave. Checked in thru the link in the email ... And it says you can wait in your car and they'll send you a text. 30 minutes pass, I decide to wait upstairs now ... 15 min past my appt time, I go and ask the receptionist and he's like, I didn't see you check in. WOW. THANKS. Waste of time. Parking is fine, location is fine, place is clean.

Just went in today to get blood drawn. Easy checkin (you can scan a QR code from the phone if you've made an online appointment to make things easier).Drawing blood was easy, attendant was very nice. Zero problems.

It seems that their service is going downhill quickly. There was only one lady at the front desk with an attitude. She was letting the crowds know that she was alone and it's best for them to come tomorrow unless they want to wait (for hours). Also if you don't have an appointment you will wait for hours. Every time you go, they have to scan insurance cards even if nothing has changed.

Extremely poor customer service. I have an appointment at 10:00 AM, and came at 9.15 AM as noted on the document. After waiting for an hour, I still have not received the service. That’s I don’t recommend this company.

Quick checkin service which is great! Without an appt you will have a long wait. Sometimes with an appt you'll have a decent wait. People are nice there. Just make sure you have some time set aside. Not a very big facility.

Very unprofessional to post up a "by appointment only" sign when patients have a difficult time getting to location to begin with. Front desk could not give an explanation as to why it's only by appt today. Now i had to find another location which was backed up.

Provides great service waiting time is about 20-30 minutes without appointment depending on time of day. I went at 7:30 am and waited for 30 minutes without appointment

This place is pretty horrible due to their poor organization and poor training. I made an appointment, checked-in remotely and waited…and kept waiting. Eventually I walked in to see why it was taking so long and I hadn’t received a text. The entire time the front desk was calling names and not sending any notifications. After providing my information, I wasn’t received for my blood test until 30 minutes after my schedule appointment. What was the point of making an appointment if the time was not going to be honored??? Also, what a joke this place is the best rated of all the Labcorps.

Came here to get several blood tests. The parking lot is pretty huge but was still packed as this location is shared with a lot of other medical departments such as Huntington Breast Center. Once I arrived, the place was super crowded as there's a lot of people that do walk-ins. Thankfully, I scheduled an appointment in advance so I was able to get my blood work done exactly at 12:30 pm (time of my scheduled appointment) While I was able to get my blood test on time, the whole procedure went horribly and I was bruised. The technician told me to squeeze the heat pack so the blood can flow but didn't say how tightly I should squeeze. I ended up having a really visible bruised arm and have had it for a couple of days now. I've been to other blood test places in the past and this has not happened before. Overall, I wish the information for how tightly I should squeeze/how to best prepare for blood test was communicated to me prior so I know what to expect. I really didn't want to get a bruised arm and am not sure how long it'll take for it to go away.

I has my blood drawn at 301 W. Huntington Dr. Ste 317, Arcadia, CA 91007 yesterday 10/9/23.My app was with Duarte but they were kind enough to take me in as a “walk-in.”It was a holiday so a small room was jampacked with patients waiting outside.The phlebotomist had a tough time inserting a needle into my vein that was small.The pain was excoriating, had never experienced so much pain from such procedure.The phlebotomist drew some blood but failed to fill the bottle.She tried to insert another needle on my left arm but I could see that she was struggling.So, I politely stopped her to come another day to hopefully get another phlebotomist.She sensed that I didn’t want to continue with her so she suggested to call another phlebotomist – Marie came to the rescue. She was good and did it effortless.We go to labs because we assume that they are more qualified than other medical providers.And that this was the case, until this time.I don’t know her name, could describe her features but that would be social profiling.I’ve had blood drawn 100 times and never experienced this pain and failure by any phlebotomist.Simply said, she was terrible at her job. I expected better quality of Phlebotomists as LabCorp.

Yep, Sandy was all that was foretold - the best in the biz. My veins are historically shy, but she found the fountain on the first gentle stick. Kind, efficient, and a quick smile when I told her she was famous on Yelp, but I now see that it was Google reviews. She said that she loves her job, and I'm sure that makes all the difference. She gave me a good tip to drink warm water, not cold, before my blood draws. Fast service for a walk-in.

The front desk Asian lady is so rude! She doesn’t know how to deal with patients and talk with them!! After waiting 30mins there she comes up saying oh sir we don’t take this insurance here, then why you let me wait there 30mins knowing that you don’t take my insurance!! So rude!! Don’t go and waist your time. Never going back again!!!

Service was fast and efficient. Communication with my doctor was necessary. Sandy was very helpful, communicating with my doctor’s office and making for a smooth visit.
