I specifically visited this store because it had the body lotion available that I like.
The shop assistant was friendly and helpful. Too bad the lotion is a third more expensive, including sales taxes, in the US than even in Rome or Paris

Got my birthday gift today and Yuki was so helpful!! I love all of these wonderful smelling products. She was so helpful and gave me so many wonderful samples!! I'm so happy thanks!! Awesome customer service!!

Older asian lady at the desk had us wait an extremely long time in line (after customer had already purchased their goods in front of us) just chit chatting for an unreasonable amount of time. We stood there for a 7+ minutes listening to them just talk about mundane things and did not offer to check out our item, almost as if we didn't exist. If she had asked us to wait a bit, It would have been okay- but she completely ignored us standing in line. Left the store without purchasing the product, I'd rather just buy it on amazon.

Right now is the holiday season, I bought two gift sets from the store as gift for my two female friends. As you all know, their stuff is not cheap. Yet after I waited and paid for my gift sets, I requested for TWO bags for my two gift sets. The store clerk told me they don't have enough bag and proceeded to only give me ONE bag. I paid their ridiculous price for TWO gift sets for my TWO female friends, which I needed to hand them separately. Yet in this holiday season and they are telling me not enough bags?? I waited around and saw the next person checking out got their bag, so not enough bag they told me? Use your brain, how much is a bag to you and how much do you charge for a pinky size toothpaste? Use a better excuse next time. Thanks for giving me only one bag and an excuse to avoid you guys for my future gift ideas.

They don't seem to like people who only come to pick up their free item. Before I even took out my phone and said anything the lady working there (on saturday 2/9/19 at around 12:50 ish) told me "nope, were out" while shaking her head as if she was annoyed. Never been treated like this before so I will avoid coming here from now on if it occurs again.

Worst Customer service never seem anywhere. I went to return some items, cuz I found online has better deal during black friday sale. The sale lady asked me to show her all the items ( on 3 different receipts), I told her could you do it by each receipts ( the casher area full with products). She just ignored me and start to check all the products and the gifts. After all she told me that she cant return one of my item,cuz I didnt bring back the 2 samples. Are You kidding me !! I still keep other 3 items I purchased on that receipt and you asked to give the gift back + the two samples with 0.10Oz ......If your company doesnt like to do return just write on the term or polices!!

Love to visit L'Occitane store so i can smell the products before finalizing my purchases. Three favorite products are the moisturizing shampoo/conditioner, almond shower oil and shea butter based creams. Yes it could be pricey but worth it to use on daily basis; simple pleasures of a working Mom.

I was shopping here with my wife and I got a coupon from my Instagram account to redeem for a free lotion. The person in front of me in line also received the coupon and redeemed without problem, but the cashier told me mine was not valid and I had to go online, sign up for an account, find a code, bring it back, and then have her enter the code. Really bad service, and I won't be back.

This place is superb!! But customer service is ierrible. I don't know why the company hasn't look into this area of service. Just look at the reviews. You're losing customers. Me I do on line shopping. Customer service very helpful. I had a bad exp last year redeeming my free gift. So with my relative this month. So it means it'll never improve. Love L occ products. Was in San Francisco & service was great.
