Great place to shop a new rang hood. I had my Kobe Range Hood for more than 15 years. Still working strong, but I was shopping for a new one since they offer rebate program. Came to their location at Arcadia and was greeted with one of their employees! Such a great customer service! They were patiently listening to what I wanted and helping me to choose the right size of the hood. I will definitely come back when I remodel my kitchen next month.

I recently needed to deep clean my kitchen. I could not figure out how to get the baffle filters off my Kobe range hood. In desperation I called a number I found online for Kobe. To my surprise I even landed a live person who told me to send her a photo of the hood in an email that she was going to provide me first. Within 15 minutes she called me right back and told me how to remove them on my vintage Kobe hood.I was dumbfounded by such prompt and helpful Customer Service! You don't find that much anymore. THANK YOU!

Terrible service. These people don't have their own technicians and when they recommend someone else, as the did to me, you get incompetent technicians that don't know what they're doing. While Kobe does make good looking, functional range hoods , the fact that they are unable to support their product makes them a company to be avoided.

Extremely loud range. Very little suction power. Worst customer service ever from Ron Lee. He is very rude and combative - a keyboard warrior who does not help you but rather fights with you.

Buying a Kobe range was a big mistake - don't be fooled by their false claims! Totally agree with Patty - worst customer service ever. Ron Lee is abrasive and rude. He told me that "you will definitely hear the hood working." - which is an understatement! Our neighbours can hear it! And this after we upgraded to get a quiet range, that promised to be: "so quiet..you won't believe it is on" and "your satisfaction is our top priority". False claims. Do not be suckered into buying their noisy products!

Kobe has a wide slection of great range hoods at great prices. I like the modern design with the glass so I went with that. The service and the people were responsive in answering any questions I had. Thank you for making buying a range hood an easy process.

Eric Brown is right. Run away from Kobe and do not look back. Our hood's LEDs failed after less than a year. Kobe could not have cared less. Ordered a new control board through third party supplier, tore the whole greasy thing apart, found the original control board had no ground connection. Installed new one, worked for about another year, followed by intermittent flickering lights, now no lights at all. Called Kobe numerous times, during each problem and their attitude is the same: I bought it, it's out of their hands, it worked when it left the factory, it's mine now. Latest problem, I've ripped it apart, tested relays (fine) tried to test switches but they're micro-sized momentary so difficult to test. They offer zero help, either with parts or product knowledge. Terrible company. I finally got it all back together and lights still don't work. We're buying a new hood, driving this one back to Kobe and throwing it through their front window.
