Joe was so helpful and kind . My son and I needed a birthday gift for my husband. Joe was patient, and didn’t put any pressure on me to purchase. I ended up purchasing a men’s bracelet. Then we came back within an hour and purchased a ring for my husband. It was Joe who just made such a positive impression on us. Thanks Joe , definitely have my business going forward.

My visit at Kevin jewelers for a 20 year ring up grade for the wifey was really simple and pleasant because of the wonderful customer service we received from JOE Betanco (Tex) the jeweler manager,
Maria Magdalena , and Ann Carpio. I will definitely be returning for the 40 year up grade. Thank you for everything and stay positive (as the world sould be.)

Took long for my review but glad I made business with this location. Joe was excellent at assisting me with my wife’s gift. There was a minor discrepancy and Joe took care of it swiftly. Really appreciate the help he provided me, shows well professionalism and understands what customer satisfaction is to keep business booming. Thanks Joe! So excited for my mom to open her birthday present. Service was excellent! And the earrings I purchased are beautiful! After 10+ stores, none compare to this one.
