Lupe has done color on me twice and both times were good experiences. She's very friendly and asked me questions throughout to make sure I got the results I wanted. My hair is very dark and she was able to get it lightened without too much damage and cut it just the way I asked. I saw someone give her a poor rating and I just wanted to say that I had the complete opposite experience and I am quite difficult lol

Please don’t go here. I cried for hours after. I asked for curtain bangs and she gave me a bowl cut. Before hand I asked her do you know what curtain bangs are and she said yes. It was 60 dollars for me to cry. Thank you. The lady I had I don’t want to say her name cause maybe she had a bad day but she couldn’t even blow out my hair. Also, I have curly hair why do I need to damage my hair for a non existent blowout. I feel foolish for going here.

I went in on a Sunday, late afternoon. Was so happy to find it open due to most salons being closed on Sunday. My stylist was Xiaoling. I received friendly service \u0026 a great cut! She was very helpful and gave me the exact cut I asked for. She consulted with me before and gave me good advice on what would work with my hair type. I appreciated how knowledgeable she was \u0026 thorough of a job she did. I also really appreciated that she made product recommendations but was not pushy whatsoever about me having to purchase. (Some salons are WAY TOO pushy about their products!) Also she had a walk in customer while styling my hair and she did not rush my appointment at all. She treated me like a priority while getting my hair done. I will definitely be going back to her from now on for any haircut/style.

I wasn't able to use the service, waited there at the front desk for 15 minutes while employees walk past me and didn't even address me and my family. Six people were in the back and only two were getting a haircuts and I was blown off. Honestly I would take my business elsewhere if anybody is inquiring.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would!!? I purchased diamond earrings on 4/28/21. I wanted the posts changed to screw backs and told fine jewelry mgr. Stepheny that I needed them before 5/29 as they were a gift for my mom's 75th bday on the 29th. She said she would put a rush order on them and assured me that I'd have them by the 26th(it was stated on receipt). I called on the morning of the 29th and was told they hadn't rec'd earrings back. I went to my mom's bday party with no gift for her. My husband called the following Monday and was given the run around, we've been calling regularly and still no answer on where and when earrings will be ready. Keep in mind that I've already made cc pmt. on these earrings that I don't even have!!! Today was the last straw!!! I've been trying to reach someone at the store since 1pm until I started writing this review. Took me 7 calls to get store operator to answer, transferred to jewlery dept. only for them to pick up phone and directly hung up. Called the jewlery dept directly 5 more times, still no pick up, call store operator and ask for store manager, get voicemail and I leave message for Jason, still no return call. Call store a few more times finally get through, I'm transfered to human resources mgr.,get voicemail, no return call. I call corporate office in Plano Tx., they try to call store and no one picks up. Corporate takes my info. You get what you pay for!! I wanted to take her to reputable jewelery store but she liked the jc penny earrings smh. We'll see what happens.

I'm writing this on behalf of my grandmother, Luz: I am so disappointed with Westfield JCPenney. I have been coming here for 20+ years and I've never been so ABHORRENTLY DISRESPECTED. I may be a grandmother but my age does not affect my mental state - I have been treated so badly I was reduced to tears. I went into JCPenney's jewelry department to replace my Bulova's battery on 11/11/2020. However, they told me I needed to replace the watch back and that they'd do it free of charge. They told me it would take 2 MONTHS to find the part and replace it. I trusted them so I said okay. They returned it to me on 01/08/2021 with NO watch back and when I pointed this out to them they suggested that I lost it. How am I going to lose a watch back that YOU put on there? It was clearly faulty and it fell out. On top of everything, the battery didn't work! They even insinuated that because I was old, I must have been old and SENILE and that I didn't notice that *I* lost the watch back! Are you kidding me? The Jewelry Supervisor, STEPHENY VEGA, was ill-mannered, unpleasant, and flat-out so mean. I told them they ruined my watch as it wasn't even running the time AND there was no watch back. They offered me $50 and nastily told me to "take it or leave it". Stepheny was so vile I could only hang my head, tears in my eyes, and accept it. I took the $50 credit and hoped to get my Bulova watch fixed elsewhere in the mall. I went to FAST-FIX JEWLERY AND WATCH REPAIRS in Santa Anita Mall on the same day and turns out I needed a BRAND NEW MOVEMENT and of course, a replacement for my missing watch back. Jeff Yao was gracious and courteous. He even fixed it same day! However, it totaled to $99.95. JCPenney is still refusing to reimburse me COMPLETELY for THEIR mistake. What could have been $13 dollars, turned into all of this. I am so upset and I will NEVER return. I have attached my receipts and I certainly hope that WESTFIELD SANTA ANITA acknowledges Jeff Yao's incredible customer service and condemns Stephany Vega's disgusting behavior and inability to take responsibility for her and her team's actions at JCPenney.

Who came up with the idea to have checkouts closed in most of the shopping sections requiring customers to walk to the far side of the store to wait in a long line with two people working? Do you not want to make money? No other stores are doing this..,not a good idea.

This review is in regards to the portrait studio. I was able to make an online appointment for the Arcadia location studio, only to find out that the studio has been closed since April due to Covid 19. I'm glad I called before I left my house on the day of my appointment; based on the bad reviews I had a feeling something would go wrong. I asked JC Penney why people can book online if they are closed and they had no answer. This is a department store that should be able to update their website given that Covid has been around for 8 months now! I hate that I wasted my time making an appointment one month ago and reserving this time to get ready for pictures when the appointment never existed. Something so easy like updating a website is not too much to ask for especially for a large department store.

Changing my review to two stars based off of my experience today. I went to this store because they were having a sale on bras; buy two get one free. My bras cost a grip so this sale would have been beneficial for me. I usually go to the Hanes outlet bit again, I wanted to take advantage of this sale. Asked a store representative if I could be measured. I've lost soMe weight and need to be re measured. I was told that they didn't do that and that there was some sort of posted in the fitting room with instructions so that I could do it myself... umm really? When did they stop doing this? I looked and looked for what I thought may be my size. Went to try on about 4 bras and was disappointed. While I was in the fitting room there was someone in there gathering things to our back. I had on one of the bras and it was just fitting funny. I poked my head out to ask a question however she couldn't assist me. WTF, I definitely won't be coming back to this sorry JC Penny's again! Very disappointed

Christina is the best! I have been with Christina since she was at Mastercuts! She has been super tentative to my hair and my desires to style it differently throughout the years! I have tried multiple hairstylists and Christina has been the most caring and always provides the best results. She exceeds my expectations every visit and I would most definitely recommend Christina especially if you want good results and someone who listens to what you want and need. She will not disappoint! I have brought many friends to her and she has exceeded everyones expectations in service and hospitality. She is very inviting and friendly and I leave every visit overly satisfied! Def recommend !!!
