I recently purchased a lot of dresses and coats for my daughter from Jacadi. The store has a wide range of clothing and the service from their staff is great! She can speak Chinese and English and I am very satisfied with the clothes she recommended to me that are suitable for my daughter. I will definitely choose to visit this store often.

The worst shopping experience ever today. I have been shop the store for a long term. They have an unresonable exchange and return policy. The man with a glasses（might be the boss）was so rude and unfriendly，he cheat customer！！！I won't let the people around me to visit again！！！

Never come to this store again, I purchased an original price item a week ago and come back would like to exchange for another item, and the store owner would only let me exchange for the 70% of the item value because the one I bought is on sale now.

My friend gave me some Jacadi clothes purchased from South Coast Plaza with the gift receipt, and I want to exchange to the other styles. And has been told they don’t have these styles and they have different owners from SCP store and can’t exchange it for me. Very disappointed.

I ordered a dress with a matching plush toy..paid for it. .A week later I .got a notice that it had been shipped , but only the plush toy and the matching was unavailable. I paid more for the shipping than the toy and without the dress, it's a bit ...lame. Couldn't get anyone to help me replace the missing item with something else .

Terrible customer service. I called Jacadi U.S. customer service and spoke with the manager who I believe is named Gerard. I explained that the snap pulled off my daughters almost new coat. I wasn't seeking a return, or even requesting Jacardi to repair it. I simply wanted a snap from Jacadi so I could have it repaired myself. There is a hole in the coat where the snap was and removing the other side of the snap would create another hole. After getting a lot of "nothing we can do to help" they finally suggested I email them pictures. So I did. No response from customer service. Complete waste of time and lack of concern for the customer. BTW, I have shopped at Jacadi for years, never again!

First time visiting a jacadi store and what a horrible experience it was. The owner of the store is racist and extremely rude! Right off the bat you feel unwelcome. We were the only ones in the store and he got mad at a child for not wearing a mask. He also made numerous racist comments and made us feel so uncomfortable we just left the store. What a horrible store!!! Jacadi should really assess who it allows to operate its stores.

It was my first time to shop but will never come back again. Aside their clothing is ridiculously expensive, the style is not as not as what youre paying for the price. The sales lady would just follow behind you and wait until you pick what you want to buy is really inappropriate. The other lady seemed so bored and not accommodating and will judge you as if you cannot afford their clothing. Well bad experience. There's a lot of way nicer brand out there than this.
